Very typical North East China food. Some specialties only can be found in town. Great for friends to get together. 
Very comfort location, hosts are very friendly. Chef (Guo) might come out to have some drinks with the guests.
If you have group dinner, the Karaoke can be used. Great sound and good selections.

Great recommendations by the waitress... This being Northern Chinese food, I've tried several dishes I never get to eat growing up on Canto-Chinese cuisine. Try the Beijing pork and scallop in tofu wrap dish and the hotpot of sauerkraut and stewed pork. Yummy!

Good food. Local casual ambiance. Didn't like the sweet and sour ball things but the rest was good with good service.

Total waste of money!!  Meal for 2 gave us 1 won ton soup with 3 won tons, Egg rolls tasted like they were frozen & reheated, ginger beef soggy, beef w veg - bland. We threw it out!!

Really delicious food and warm-hearted service. I believe this is the best Chinese food restaurant in Calgary.
