On a good day, with the cooks on their game this is some of the best pizza you can buy. But based off my last 4 experiences being 2/2 for good vs blah I can only give 3 stars. The young girls at the front are quite nice but the cooks must be bipolar. One week I had a phenomenal pizza, loads of toppings and cheese. The next half the toppings and almost no cheese. Considering the price 27.99 for a pretty “small” medium I would expect them to be consistent. 

Aside from the pizza I find this place EXTREMELY over priced for the food. 14$ for 8 wings? No thanks.

We had the same experience as F Harvey; Matador used to be excellent but something must have changed in the kitchen. Last pizzas were outright disappointing. We were told by a friend that Matador’s Caesar salads used to be outstanding, but those too have declined in quality.
Hopefully they will get their act together because we need a good pizza joint in the NW.

This place is a 12 out of 5! We are never disappointed in the food, service, management or atmosphere. We have been going for a few years now and just love everything about it.

I have dined in and ordered take out her le on many occasions.  Matadors used to have the best pizza, until yesterday.  April 9/18, I ordered two pizzas via Skip The Dishes and was thoroughly disappointed when they were received.  They were both inedible.  The pizza was extremely soggy, the crust was not evenly distributed, and it was not cooked all the way through,  and last, the grease was beyond anything I have ever seen from Matadors.  Fortunately I received a refund from Skip The Dishes.  I will not be ordering from Matadors anymore.

So so so good!  The pizza is amazing- I haven't gotten around to trying anything else on the menu except the salt & pepper wings, because I always go back for the pizza!  I highly recommend the Matador Special.
