receptionist overcomplicated things and despite the fact that it was 1 in the morning, took an hour to get us our rooms. The room we were given originally had obviously not been cleaned, beds were made and bathroom was filthy, we got a new room which took another while.

garbage place to live in. Washroom was dirty like a hell. Toilet was very dirty. I went to this motel from Toronto and I’m very to disappointed to say service was poor too.nnI want to rate 0 stars. But there is no such option.nThink twice to visit this motel and don’t ruin your trip.

The reason I'm giving 4 stars, is because it was better then I was actually expecting, after looking at the reviews I expected the absolute worse, but our room was actually clean and the bathroom was newly renovated with a brand new toilet sink and bathtub with new tiles. I can't speak for other units but mine was okay.nnDownside is the smell is off-putting if you have a sensitive nose this may be an issue, and the overall vibe of the place is creepy those we're my only 2 concerns. Me and my buddy both paid 80 bucks so I can't complain, it wasn't bad.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Hotel charged me the 100$ security deposit whilst nothing was damaged. They justified it saying it was left dirty, but isn’t that normal for rooms to be a bit dirty, especially when 4 people stayed there for 10 days? They also lied saying we didn’t allow room service to clean it regularly. In fact, we let them in every 3 days, as per their rules. Also bad AC and poor wifi connection. Anyone going there, please, please, TAKE PICTURES OF THE ROOM BEFORE YOU LEAVE, THEY CAN’T BE TRUSTED. Money hungry staff, explains why hotel is more than half empty all year around.

I was worried about bed bugs after reading reviews, but I didn't find any during my stay. The motel is a bit rundown and not very inviting, but it's fair for the price. The bed bug problems seem to be in the long-term rental rooms. If you book a room with two double beds without the kitchenette, you're more likely to avoid bed bugs, as these rooms are better kept.
