Motel Idéal

Arrived at 4pm and room was not ready. Came back at 6pm...the room was still not impressive. Dirt along the moldings and the bed spread had not sure if I want to know on it. There was also alot of noise from what sounded like something's dripping all night. Asked to use the washroom upon first arrival as we traveled for 3 hrs to get there and room not ready and was told to go down the street to use McDonald's. Probably my worst hotel room and experience yet. No coffee machine in room. And maybe bring extra blankets if you choose to stay here as it is slim pickings

Very dissatisfied. They claim to offer breakfast on their website and it's also advertised in the books in the rooms , yet when we went to enjoy some continual breakfast, we were told in 3 years they have never offered that. The coffee isn't even free. Minimal effort on the part of staff, our TV was locked with a PIN/code and the reception knew about it , yet had no idea what it was. What ? The room smelled like poop, there were weird stains on the walls and carpets, if you're are staying for more than 1 night , be sure to bring your own materials. House keeping will not be coming by either. False advertising all around. Would not recommend if you like life.

You have a Very Bad Customer Care!!!nYesterday i came to Book 2 rooms a Lady Ignored me and i went Back…Today i came Back and the 2nd lady Couldn’t help me…while i was asking her Some informations She told me to move that she has another Client as if me,i was an animal…you don’t deserve to receive People…maybe animals Cause you treat Clients very Bad

BEDBUGS!!!! DO NOT STAY OVER HERE THEY HAVE BEDBUGS & DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT THEY REFUSE TO REFUND!! I stayed here for 1 night but had to checkout at 4am because of bedbugs!! DISGUSTING AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THEY OVERCHARGE YOU + THEY HAVE TONS OF BEDBUGS!!!

Horrible place with tons of bedbugs. I showed them some photos I took of the bed bugs on our bed. We had lots of bug bites in our bodies. It was so noisy in the hallway. It is not a good place to stay with a family. People who stayed there disturbed us continuously until the next morning. They knocked on our door while they were roaming everywhere in the hallway. Also, they played songs loudly in the hallway. We encountered such an awkward situation during our stay.
