Motel Chantolac

We love this motel is like home to me and my wife thanks for the hospitality and and a big respect to the owner of the motel we will be back again and again !!!!! !

You definitely won’t stay here for the rooms or service. The location is excellent and walkable to find a lake, food and alcohol. The pool had green water you may not want to use that.

I needed to cancel my reservation due to changes in my trip, my son spoke to Susan the manager at this hotel to explain the situation she was beyond rude to him and said “save my the sob story, if this was during the week maybe I could give you a refund but not on a weekend. You will pay $189.00” what a lack of empathy and customer service abilities. I understand the inability to reimburse my fee but the rudeness and lack of empathy are incredible! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

The Motel manager Susan was very friendly helpful and nice. I received the room with the jacuzzi and it was very clean, bed was comfortable. I will definitely return to spend another night in the mountains for relaxation. Prices are reasonable! Thank you Susan for the accommodation and positive energy.

Very friendly service.nI had a small corner room where you could tell the bathroom is a renovated closet, it had a folding door that doesn't even close all the way. There was a two person size jacuzzi which was nice. There's a pool, and a free pass is provided for the beach about 200m down the road, which makes the price more worth it.
