Motel 6 Westborough Ma

First the good. My room was clean, the place was quiet, and there are plenty of stores within driving distance. My major issue here is that this place needs to improve their customer service. I left a few items behind in my room and when I called to ask to have them mailed to me since I live 3 hours away, I was told they don't do that and the items were trashed. I've stayed at other places where this wasn't an issue. I was more than willing to pay for the shipping. Other than that, it's an ok place. I wouldn't say yes or no if someone asked me if they should stay.

I rented 2 double queen smoking rooms for 8 people, including 3 children. The rooms had 2 towels, 2 hand towels and 1 face cloth each. When we requested additional towels and face cloths, we were told it's a holiday weekend and we must keep track of our linens. Then we were give an additional 2 towels only. I find this unacceptable for 8 people. They also kept turning off the room heat and the temps were in the teens to 30's. Considering we rented smoking rooms, only 1 room had an ashtray, which was no problem for the room with the 3 kids, as their parents don't smoke, we just wanted to be in rooms by each other. However when we asked for an additional ashtray, we were told they didn't have any. I would not recommend this Motel to anyone.

This was a great Motel 6. Had an unexpected elevator to 2nd floor which was very helpful. Really liked the flooring in the room, not carpet. Room quite large. Shower/tub/bathroom were clean and water pressure was strong. Great to have both fridge and microwave in room. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Near many shopping/eating options. I would recommend this budget hotel for a stay while in the area.

The good: low price, reasonably clean. The bad: Exercise room was not available. No hair dryers were available. The heater in one room did not work at all & we had to move to another room. The ugly: the doors to the rooms on one wing were paint spattered and looked absolutely hideous. The non-working heater was filthy. The curtains let in lots of light from the outside.

This place was nasty, as soon as I walked into my bedroom it reeked of pee!!! The beds had stains on them, the windows were dirty, the floor was nasty, the a.c. was old and did not even really work. There were dead bugs under the bed and there was one fly just stuck on one of the beds! I would have rather slept in my car! Its not worth coming here. As soon as you walked in it looked very run down. if I could give it No stars I would have. I would like a refund of all my money not worth it at all
