The absolute worst place I have ever stayed. Super disappointed...there should be a 0 star rating. Especially for the rude customer service. This place smelled of cat urine and stale cigarettes. I sent pictures in, only asked for a refund for my nights stay and was told possibly in 3 days!! Stained carpets and stained couch cushions. Vents were beyond dirty...i spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and he said call customer service, wasn't even willing to listen. For $30 more go to the Hampton Inn...great service & very clean!

It's reasonably priced for a motel. I stay here a few times a month and never had any problems. There isn't anything to do at the hotel and you'll have to drive to get food or order out. Not the nicest place but it's good for a 1 or 2 night stay.

We travel for work and if this wasn't the closest cheapest place to the job, I would not stay here another night! The blankets suck, the towels are cheap, and they only give you one every other day, when they clean. Cold breakfast only. The toilet is sitting on a wooden block on the floor and you have to fall down or be super short to use it. The owners are rude, and we had a hard time checking in through a third party. Not worth the money at all!

I am a US Navy veteran with a service dog. I was in central mass in support of the German shepherd rescue that I got my service dog from. Upon check-in I noticed a sign that said they had jacuzzi suites and I asked if I could change my reservation to one. The guy at the counter said yes and I said I had my service dog with me. He then stated I could not have a jacuzzi suite, that they had dog friendly rooms but none with a jacuzzi that were dog friendly. I said he's a service dog and he still refused to allow me to have a jacuzzi suite. He stated that some people didn't like dogs or were allergic so I couldn't have one of these rooms. I have contacted choice hotels to let them know this hotel is violating the ADA.
