Hampton Inn & Suites Worcester

The room was very nice. Quiet. Pillows were too soft for me but that's why I travel with my own. The staff is incredible! The front desk was very accommodating. The housekeeping staff was the friendliest ever. I highly recommend this Hampton

It was my first time staying here. I would say the cleanliness was 6/10. The shower tub was not really clean it had dirt and residues on the sides still. Minor stuff here and there. The plus side was there was free breakfast and the scones were very delicious . Lots of parking. Gym was small. Pool was being renovated so there was no access. Overall, 6/10

It's been 5 days since we have had hot water. Tried doing it the right way by letting management know and yet hasn't been fixed haven't been given a done by date and I would love to take a hot shower. It is 19 degrees out so a cold water shower is out I the question. Maybe management will do something now

I just called this hotel to check room availability, and the person who answered—Robert—sounded like he might have been drunk. It was hard to even understand what he was saying. He told me they didn’t have any rooms left, even though the app showed availability, and the parking lot was empty. To make things worse, he tried directing me to a different hotel that I had already visited, and they told me they were sold out! This is super embarrassing and unprofessional behavior. Definitely not a good experience.

Stayed here a few times for business. This hotel was clean and comfortable every time. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. The wifi was also the best I've had at a hotel. If I return to the area, I will choose this location again.
