I would like to thank Maria for her email communication which really helped my niece arrival as a gift. We attended Lucky Tonight Tour Jon Pardi, Midland, Runaway June country music at the Palladium! All staff nice accommodating and wanted to help. Also thank you to Sabrina front desk check out can't say enough good things. Would definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Worcester again.

Every year I stay here for a convention and it's always been great. Clean rooms, easy to get to. Parking isn't amazing but it's close by. Lots of restaurants and things to do around the city.. always a great stay here.

Secure guest parking garage across the street. Spacious clean room with all the amenities you would expect. Uno room service pizza was tasty and all you can eat breakfast buffet had a good variety and solid wait staff. Short walk to the Palladium for concerts and such.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding in the area. The garage right across the street was very convenient and it was great that Hilton offered validated parking. Our room came with free breakfast and the breakfast staff was great at helping me order my food to take back to the room. The room was very clean and quiet. It was a great stay! Would definitely stay again!

Room was good. My one complaint is that we couldn't check in on time despite being in a wedding block. Also it's a little over priced
