The owner of this place has always been incredibly rude to me. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman or because he's racist. I've never seen him treat others the way he treats me and I'm not too sure why. If I ask him for change or the machines not working he gets really mad at me and shakes his head like I'm wasting his precious time. One time I had put my money in the wrong dryer, the clothes had been finished and I was waiting there for 20 minutes and the customer was no where in sight. I politely asked him if he would be able to take their clothes out for me as I had my daughter waiting at home for me, he blatantly said he could not do that and refused angrily at me. After I was obviously upset and went home to check on my daughter. When I came back he had given me some of my money back and said "there, you happy now". I was pleasantly surprised as that was the nicest I'd ever seen him. Then today I put my clothes in the wash and knowing the washers take 40 minutes I left to grab some coffee and came back to see the place was indeed full. I must have been close to 40minutes and it was like he was standing there waiting for my clothes to finish and took them out. I was ok with that but didn't understand why it was ok for him to take my clothes out but no one else's. As I walked up to my wet clothes sprawled out in a basket and sopping wet on top of the machines he proceeded to give me a lecture on how I'm not allowed to leave when others do it all the time. I asked him why it was ok for him to take out my clothes and not others. He then told me he didn't want my business nor did he want me there. This is fine with me because my new place has a washer and dryer but in the meantime be weary of this guy, just really rude.

I like this place. It's clean and the owner is always around to help you with whatever you need

It's alright. Though the owner gives creepy looks. But it's alright. Plus if you're a member , you can do laundry 24x7.
