I have used them a handful of times and have been impressed so far. Last week they drycleaned a wool coat for me for only $18 and it looks like new again. So far they haven't promised to do anything they can't.

I would give it minus star if I could. Ruined a new jacket that I paid over $500 for and getting dry cleaned for the first time. After getting title cleaned, the colour of the jacket was changed from night and day. When I inquired about the change in colour they didn't even admit the color was even changed. When I complained they told me that they can easily fix it,(didn't believe them for a min) and they kept the jacket for another 3 weeks and didn't even bother calling to let me know it was done. So, with my hopes up about fixing my jacket, I walk in to grab the jacket and see it hanging with nothing done to it. Now they're telling me that was the original color. And procoeds to charge me for 2 cleanings and when I confronted themy, they tell me that they're not responsible and will not cover and charges... after awhile of talking the offer a 1 time fee of 10x the amount of the cleanine fee.
