We stayed here with our 1 year old in room 2 which has one queen bed. It was really clean and nicely updated with granite counter top in the bathroom, new mini fridge, good size tv, etc. It was just really cute and nicely done. The breakfast had a lot of options (make your own waffles, muffins, cereal, boiled eggs, baggles, toast, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc.). The appliances in the dining area are new and everything is very clean. Staff were in the room several times to wipe down counters and replenish food. Seems like a lovely family business and really is a nice place to stay for such a great price. I saw some crappy reviews that worried me but it really seems like the owners are trying their very best to operate a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. I'd absolutely recommend it for a young family looking for a peaceful stay.

Horrible experience!Me & my girlfriend were here a couple of weeks ago before Christmas & managment called us in our room said music was too loud even though we both didnt seem it was in the slightest but no problem we turned it down. Next thing we know the indian woman employee/owner came knocking down the door saying the music was too loud & that people were complaining all while she was bobbing her head looking into our room expecting it to be a party or something. We asked her to switch rooms & she was non compliant claiming they were all booked meanwhile only 2 more cars other than mine in the parking lot. She was very rude & bitchy so we askd for our money back this was our second day & we bookd the room for 2 more days she gave it back to us because she made us feel so uncomfortable & totally ruined our whole night being so dramatic . Completely unprofessional unhappy experience. Also if you ever plan to chance it and come here save your deposit slip if you deposit cash because she asked me for it very arrogantly like I was supposed to loose it or something. Defintete 2 👎🏽 👎🏽 P.S- I just read her comment below mines we were very complient & low key in our stay she just was power tripping and acting like she was our mother. She called us once we obliged to turn it down and she came running to our room 2 minutes after. Shes one of those fake forced smiley people. She disturbed our trip so much WE demanded to leave. She can try to defend her hotel on here but at the end of the day it’s her bad attitude that rubs alot of people the wrong way. Her husband was actually very nice surprisingly & very normal

The first staff I dealt with was rude and curt with her responses when checking in. She claimed only one room was booked under my name and took a bit of troubleshooting on my part to figure things out for her. She was extremely unprofessional. Some of the rooms were extremely funky and moldy smelling. It was also very noisy at night. I forgot my wallet and later discovered it was missing $60 when I went to collect it. My fault for forgetting. What's really frustrating was finding out that there was an extra charge on my credit card after 3 days. I went back to the place three times (twice before checkout and they cleaned and on a different day to collect the wallet) after they cleaned/serviced and they did not inform me of anything missing. When I called them up to ask why, another lady on the phone started to talk about a lost towel. When I asked her from which room it was 'stolen', she put me on hold for about a minute to give me a random room number. I tried reasoning that they had plenty of opportunities to inform me, but she just kept on giving me the standard response of doing an inventory. I am left frustrated from the experience. I strongly recommend to find another place to stay than deal with the unprofessional and cheating staff here.

We were traveling from Alberta to Ontario and stopped for the night in Sudbury. The room at Moonlight Inn & Suites was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast enjoyable!

The room was not very comfortable and it took an extremely long time to heat up. You have to turn the heater to 30 degrees Celsius to warm it up to room temperature as anything below that blows cool air.
