Advertised as completely remodelled and definitely not recently.  Hotel had a not so pleasant odour. We decided to stay elsewhere and they refused to refund our money because they have a 48 hour cancelation policy.  I will be contacting head office regarding the hotel as well as my credit card company.  We stayed at Best Western in Woodstock, Ontario which was beautiful so we decided to try this hotel but not even remotely close to being the same.

Comfortable and clean rooms.  Love coming back to this hotel whenever i am in SudburynBreakfast is always good and tasty.  Parking is across the street is is always availablenFront desk is very friendly and helpful.  Manager vina goes out of her way to accommodate everytime.   Great stay

Room is very clean and spacious.  Housekeeping is excellent.  Front desk goes out of the way to helpnI liked they serve eggs and sausage and fruit etc for breakfast.  Right in downtown close to all restaurants.  I would always stay here from now on.  Thank you

On our last night a couple checked into the room next to us. It was a connecting room so more sensitive to sound. It was 2am and they started yelling and partying and trying to get into our room. Between 2am and 4am we called the front desk twice. They called the room and that was it. They just laughed and continued partying also inviting two others to join. At 4am we packed up and left.nAfter we left I realized I forgot something in the room and when I went back, the front desk clerk told me that he kicked out the two visitors. Too bad that didn't happen when we called, twice. He didn't bother to walk up to the room to talk to them or even offer us a new room, he really didn't care. First and last time staying at this place.

Customer service at its best.  All employees I encountered were very courteous and helpfulnRooms ate clean   This hotel is located right in downtown sudbury.  Close to all restaurants.   Indian restaurant Taj is inside the hotel.  We trued it and were very impressed. I will atay at this hotel again
