Rooms are okay bathtub wouldnt drain properly. Homless drug addicts are all around the location didn't feel great about the parking and it is extrenly limited too. Wifi never worked and they have an exorbitant pet fee. 40$ is insane for this place. Im disatisfied and will never stay here again
I had a great stay, staff is very well trained and friendly. Room service is top notch and the rooms are clean and tidy. Location is great right in the middle of downtown in proximity to restaurants and other attractions. Must recommend
Booked a room through booking.com for an evening getaway. When we arrived at the hotel, we paid and went to our room, and as you usually do inspected the bed to make sure there was nothing nefarious. When I pulled the sheet back, there was stains on the bed sheet, and when my husband took his phone flash lite to look at the side of the bed to make sure there was no bugs. We noticed a fair amount of vomit, running down the bed and between the mattress and the box spring. We decided we did not want to stay in the hotel and went back down to the reception the manager offered me another room which I was not agreeable to, so she told me that I had to call booking.com to have them cancel the reservation and and she would agree to refund my money. I did not leave and proceeded to call booking.com from the parking lot to make sure I was able to get in touch with someone there to cancel and get a refund. Once I spoke to booking, they called the reception manager Vina and she told them we had left already, and that they did not agree to give us our money back. I went back into the reception to speak to the manager within minutes and was told she had conveniently just left for the evening. When I spoke to the girl at the reception and asked her to call the manager, she said she had no way of getting in touch with her other than email. So after a three hour drive to get here, we had to then find another hotel, while everything is booked up for a VIP conference, we were lucky that we got a last minute cancellation at the Clarion hotel. NEEDLESS TO SAY, SHE DID OFFER US ANOTHER ROOM.BUT AFTER SEEING THE STATE OF THE FIRST ONE AND THE BEDS LOOKING LIKE THEY HADN'T BEEN WASHED, I WAS NOT GOING TO STAY THERE. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE MONEY I HAVE PAID. definitely not a place I would recommend. I will be putting the pictures on the hotel's review page.
I was having a horrible trip,from far. Had to stop in for the night her. The front desk lady was amazing. VERY,helpful. Breakfast was great. I recommend to stay here passing through. Thanks again
TLDR: I recommend to use cash, if you are a night shift worker maybe look elsewhere.nnRooms: The rooms were sub-par, my main issues were the broken reading lights and the condition of the blackout curtains. They had minor holes spread throughout them, definitely nearing time to be replaced.nnService: I was double-charged on my credit card, which was stressful to deal with. The first time I called, I was told the pending charge would be processed back to my account in 3–5 business days, but nothing happened.nn7 business days later, I had to follow up with multiple phone calls and even go to the hotel in person before any real progress was made. Eventually, I got an authorization number to provide to my bank, and the issue is being resolved now.nnI’m relieved my funds are safe, but the process was frustrating and took much longer than it should have.nnLocation: The saving grace of this hotel. Prime downtown location. Walking distance of popular amenities.
