Front desk staff very friendly and helpful! Got welcome bag with bottled water and snacks. Certainly not new hotel, but room was clean, beds comfortable. Shower could use updating. Breakfast was good. Basically good value for money.
We stayed just one night in the king suite #249. The room was clean. Even the bathroom was spotless. The staff were exceptional and friendly. They have a really nice complementary breakfast in their bar/restaurant. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Looks like they are still renovating but they hide that well. In the stair well there were item's pilled up, like old lamps and desks /night tables. But not blocking or in the way. You receive a welcome bag with 2 bottles of water a granola bar popcorn which I thought was a nice like touch. Deffinatly bring your own water or pop the machines there charge 3.50 a bottle, I thought maybe that was a bit expensive. Overall it was a nice experience, great friendly staff, we would stay there again for sure.
For me the service was excellent. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and decent. The breakfast was okay. Wish they had a bit more variety for the breakfast. Specially fresh fruits and dairy products. Overall it was not a bad stay at the hotel.
Terrible place for dinner. It was a Friday night and we were the only customers. That says something. The decore was generic and had a cafeteria ambiance. Courses came out all at once and drinks were not refilled. Wings were over cooked and dry and the sauces were good. My Smash Burger was a regular burger,not sure if they know what a Smash burger is. The lettuce on the burger was very old and the fries were like Styrofoam. I never had such terrible wings and fries. They switched out the lettuce for me but they gave me new fries which were worse than the first.nOur friends had the pasta and falafel salad. They thought the pasts came from a package ,it was so non-luster.nI have to say it was one of the worst dinners we have had in a while. We took the wings home to give to my teen boys & even they wouldn't finish them.nDo not waste your time or money.
Its an older hotel. But dont let that affect your decision.nnThe staff were SUPER helpful. Very friendly. Room was clean and had a late night bite at the restaurant that was very good.nnHotel is reasonably priced and location is good. About a 15 minute walk to downtown.nnWill be back!
