We place an order two months ago. Finaly the order arrived… to realize that they order only the half of it and we have to wait for the rest of it. It's supose to be "rush order" so we could use our stove… it's been a week no news yet. This is the worst service to the clients that I ever encounter. I worked with clients for 35 years. The staff at Brique et Pierre were impolite and rude. And try to say that's it's our fault because it's what we order. We have to go twice to the store. Two different person… we got the same treatment regarding the attitude and services…..
We bought a fireplace from here 2 years ago and enjoyed the experience at the time, that's why I had given 5 stars. However, our soapstone liner within the fireplace cracked. I contacted Montreal Brique et Pierre to find out if I was covered under warranty and for pricing on replacement. I waited over 2 months for many promised call backs, and I was only finally contacted after I left a bad review here. I have since received the info I needed. Thank you.
Bought 2 regency wood burning fireplaces for approx 10k. Install was good. However after service is absolutely horrible, beware!! Doors on both units do not close properly, been waiting since March to get them fixed 9 months ago. They initially sent a technician, but he only new how to fix propane fireplaces so the repair was not done. Called Yan at least 6 times since then, always promises, but no results. Beware of buying from this company, as if there is a problem, there is NO after purchase support.
I cannot say enough about the knowledgeable staff here. Tons of experience and patience with all our questions. I left feeling VERY satisfied with the information we learned that helped inform the choices we were making on a new build. I would highly recommend consulting with them. Don't forget to go see their Foyer/Fireplace division right next door. It is also an experience !
Ordered a fireplace and stone, took a couple of months for delivery. The stone delivered did not match what we had ordered, so we had to return it. They put us in touch with their supplier and a suitable replacement could not be found. Their refund process isn't the best as they send the paperwork to a Laval location to approve the refund and issue a cheque. We asked for a credit to our credit card instead of waiting for a cheque, and after a lot of hassle, was able to get the credit. We found a better product at a different supplier and were able to get the stone in 1 week. The fireplace was delivered on time in January but missing one critical part in order to operate. At least we were able to install it during our renovation. We were initially told the missing part would take a week for delivery. After a few weeks we learned it was backordered to March. It was finally delivered on March 29th. I am giving them one star because they do not respond to emails or phone messages, their customer service is poor and they argue with you instead of trying to fix the issues. Their fireplaces are nice, their technicians are good and professional. I would not however shop here again.
Stop by to shop for some bricks for my outdoor fire pit.....Melissa served me showing me all my options, color,size,price....she was amazing with all her knowledge she took the time I needed....all materials where in stock and I left with everything I needed.....super happy with the service and products.....checked out there NEW fireplace section....wow. every size and model you can imaging
Very nice show room. They have electric and gas options for fireplaces. I like the service and the very knowledgeable staff. They have standard units and two face, as well as three face fire places. With options of all kinds: remotes, logs, stones, LEDs, and vents. They have multiple show rooms in various stores but this one is the largest and it's opened on Saturdays!
Nice people, they have everything I need for my outdoor projects, bricks and blocks, patio stones and more.
A very nice sample setup for Techo-Bloc products and there is a good service and customer comes first attitude. They will help load your stock if required. Nice! I will go back for sure.
Quality products and lots of selection. We had a quantity issue with a sales rep for how much was needed to cover our wall, but the manager was able to rectify it, at no charge. Would recommend and will go back.
