Musiplexe

I have an acoustic Takamime which I never bothered to get adjusted and tuned, I found it hard to play. I took a chance and brought it in to Musiplex, Sebastien took it in and did a whole bunch of work on it, the difference is night and day, the guitar is perfect now. He took the time to explain all the work he did, talented, passionate and detail oriented. Highly recommended...

Just brought my 1973 Aria 5102t in to Musiplexe (a local music store and repair shop gem i just discovered) for an overdue adjustment and tuning as it just played horrible ....but because it still looked originally great, i figured why not. I am glad I did because I had the opportunity to meet Sebastien Caza, who as busy as he was, still took the time and courtesy to explain me the process involved in restoring my guitar to tip top shape. I was impressed with not only his technical knowledge and expertise but also his passion. As soon as I got home, my daughter and I couldn't believe how great my guitar sounded. I am sold..Musiplexe is my place to go..great customer service, great price and awesome workmanship. Merci Sebastien!!!

First let me say thank you Sebastien for taking such care of me! I came to the store with my 2009 Fender Jazz Bass 24 who's neck was twisting. I didn't buy the bass here and these guys still took care of me by contacting Fender and arranging for the bass to be replaced under a limited lifetime warranty. First time that a 'limited' warranty actually worked in my favor! I'm really grateful for the terrific service by Sebastien, Musiplexe and Fender.

Great little shop to drop by and try out instruments. Competitive prices and excellent service. If you don't see what you're looking for they'll get it for you. Very comfortable atmosphere. They offer lessons and have several private rooms around the store.

These guys are awesome. Sebastien, the owner, is always super helpful, fair in his pricing and meticulous in his craftsmanship. This is definitely a top notch music store in every respect.
