I purchased a gallon of paint last May to begin repainting my fence that the previous owner used Bétonel Dulux. I started by replacing some 2x4 that were cracking a bit due to the sun. I went to the store with a large piece of paint to try and color match. I explained to the clerk that I'm looking to repaint my fence and I don't know the paint code cause I wasn't the original owner but they exclusive used Bétonel Dulux for everything. I was given a gallon of Diamond and used it to paint the top of my fence 2 coats. This weekend I saw a sale for buy 1 get the 2nd half off. I brought the can to the store with the color code sticker on it and was told its the wrong paint for exterior use. It should have been Diamond exterior. I sent an email to corporate and posted a Google review. They asked me to return the paint to the store and speak with the manager Francois. Talk about great customer service, he replaced the paint can with 2 new Diamond Exterior at no cost. I wasn't expecting such great service since many will claim its the customer's fault. Having never puchased paint from Betonel except for trim paint to match the existing hallway. I'm happy the mistake was addressed and will be back this May for more paint when I start painting the slats 217ft worth.

Dissapointed with the "customer service". I walked in today looking for paint, we were alone in the store, the clerk never came to see or greet us. After looking at the wall of paint for a while I went to see the clerk for some help. He never greeted us at all.
