Club Piscine Vaudreuil

The service is very mediocre. The guys at the water analysis counter are friendly and the girl at the parts department is nice as well... but her mother Nicole, who I believe is the store Director couldn't smile if her life depended on it !! She's rude and arrogant as hell and couldn't care less about offering proper customer service. I had an issue with a hardtop gazebo that I purchased back in April. She has yet to address the matter after I've made several calls. Months later I still haven't heard from her and ended up doing all the work myself. Nicole is a pathetic store Director. She needs to retire ASAP and pass on the torch.

I would put 3 1/2 stars if it was available. I had mix experiences when going to this place. I did wait a long time for a pool water test but the guys served me well. I did have issues with a gazebo roof liner and had to go back twice but the lady was helpful in finding one the right size. I had thermopump issues and they follow up wasn't perfect but it's mostly the manufacturers fault. Overall not a lot of places to go but in the end they should serve you right.

This store has everything you need for the pool and spa including information on how and when to do things. J.F. and his crew from the service department are always ready to help you with everything you need. This store also has a good display of pools, spas, and everything for the out door deck and yard furniture decorating, it’s a nice store.

I bought a $900.00 gazebo at Club Piscine in Dorion and it leaks through the damaged seams . Customer service claims it is a "sun shelter" and NOT waterproof . I sent Pictures showing the damage which they claim were sent to the company and the company said "read your manual there are no guarantees against seams and it is not waterproof . Buy a sealant or spray" . I then spoke to the store manager and he also says " it is written in big writing in our store that it is a sun shelter not a gazebo and not guaranteed against rain or damage " . Never saw that sign .End of story . Not even a suggestion to give me a sealant or waterproof spray so I asked him and his answer was we don't carry it go to Canadian tire " Obviously their after sale customers do not matter .EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never will I go in any club piscine again .
