Story

A Tour of Montana SkyLodge

A professional world class kitchen; state of the art range and oven, energy efficient refrigerator, antique restaurant sink, and a stunning granite top center island that seats six. A perfect spot for cooking classes, breakfast, writing, or an informal gathering of friends.

There is also a dining area to seat 12 for a more formal dining experience. With the dining table on wheels in case you want to dine in front of the grand fireplace. In the summertime, we will open the sun porch for breakfasts and lazy relaxing.

The first level is warm and cozy, complete with a theatre and library room, wood burning stove, and a spacious two bedroom private suite with bath.

The second level also features two private guestrooms, and a bathroom designed entirely of slate and wood.

The third level offers a multi functional great room that can serve as space for board or business meetings, yoga or restorative exercise classes or, as it is now, a meditation space. An outdoor deck for two off of the great room offers one of the best views in the lodge.

This majestic lodge nestled in the Pintler Wilderness, doesn’t skimp on luxury to spite its carbon neutral footprint. Off the grid, it’s powered by solar energy.

Mission

We would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves as the proprietors of the Montana SkyLodge. We are Bill and Marlene Holayter.

Bill and I have both dedicated our careers to being in service to others. We both understand the pressures of a busy life, family, career and the importance of having a place to get away.

As a girl, I grew up in Montana; the awe and beauty of the landscape have always been close to my heart. My Dad had a cabin and we spent many memorable days in the mountains of Montana, celebrating family events, caring for the land, finding endless recreation and moments of solitude.

Our dream was to create a place ~ a retreat; for busy professionals and families to get away and reconnect with nature.

We started our project in the fall of 2006 and are proud to introduce and welcome you to Montana SkyLodge.

We hope that you'll come and experience this magnificent space with your friends and family.

Daily Full Lodge Rate:
Weekdays (Monday - Wednesday) $500.00 per day
Weekends (Thursday - Sunday) $1000.00 per day

Weekly Full Lodge Rate:
(Tuesday - Sunday) $3000.00 per week

Bed and Breakfast Getaways:
(Thursday pm - Sunday am)
Private Room with Bath - $190.00 per night
Private Room with Shared Bath - $150.00 per night
Private Suite with Bath - $225.00 per night
Rates are based on double occupancy

On Location: Reserve the entire lodge, and accompanying 40 acres for photo shoots.

Business Venue: Whether it is a board meeting, a team getaway, leadership retreat, or conference. The lodge has a great room for collaborative meetings and discussion, several small individual areas to break off in small groups, and the wilderness for breaks and getaways.
