My go-to sushi place on bloor street! Their torched volcano roll is just amazing! My partner always orders two when we do take or dine in! Taken my employees here and they love it as well. Their premium salmon lovers set is great for single people or to share. But their bento boxes are ridiculously huge and definitely worth sharing!Food: 5/5
Was in the mood for some sushi and decided to give this place a go! Ordered the party tray with up to 8 selections from a huge list with a tonne of variety and honestly, if you’re a lover, it’s the best bang for your buck!!! Got a plethora of rolls for $50 pre tax and an order of Karage chicken for $6.95 before taxes. The chicken was alright, honestly, I have had much better. It lacked seasoning but the sushi tray made up for it. While the rolls could have been tighter, they were right with flavour and extremely fresh. Worth the money and the visit IMO.
This is one of my favourite Sushi shops in Toronto. The rolls are well portioned and tasty. Customer service is friendly and fast. The restaurant is clean and safe to dine in. It’s accessible by public transit - located near bySpadina Station. Vegetarian options: Menu includes vegetarian sushi!
I went in reluctantly with a bit of mixed reviews but the sushi and sashimis and tempuras were delicious. Pricing is cheaper to as compared to other sushi spotsFood: 4/5
An absolute gem! Great sushi with an extensive menu and amazing prices. I got the torched volcano roll, which was packed with flavor. It had spicy crab with a smoky torched sauce, and sashimi in the roll with avocado. One of my favorites at this place. And there's normally no wait, we walked in without a reservationFood: 5/5
This review is for takeout only! The new hot fusion roll is so bad! Why?? Way too much rice. I didn’t even take photo of the end part of it, the photo is middle of the roll! Maybe bad batch but rice is also kind of gummy? First time using a knife to eat sushi.. The old fusion roll was fine! My default Uber sushi place when I’m craving sushi that’s value and decent. No longer decent and it makes me sad. Less portion I can deal with, inflation hit us all but this quality… just give me a smaller roll and keep the standard.
if i could give 0 stars i would. ordered the bogo gold dragon and bogo monkie special set in uber eats. only the monkie special set arrived so half of my order was missing. i called and the lady was very rude and speaks harshly without apology at all. she even said that this is a common issue amongst delivery. said that because they are busy, that we should EXPECT this. because you are busy that means we must tolerate the awful service? i should have asked for her name. secondly the food that DID arrive gave me a stomach ache and i found some weird dirty stuff in the rice. this place needs to be sued because how can you charge customers and give the worst service possible? told me that the only refund i can get is on uber eats for the missing items, like ofcourse that should be obvious. no other compensation for my other issues and time waste? absolutely disappointing. i will be warning people.
I must say that it is really delicious! I placed my order through Uber and the quality was really excellent, my food was really fresh! Thank you very much, they are my favorites now! Food: 5/5
Ordered the sushi from this location and they were all so tasty. However, I was wondering if the delivery person took so long to get the order from the restaurant or just the weather, the fish was a little bit too warmwhich means it was not very fresh. Other than that it’s good, love the price & portions & delicious! The party tray looked so fancy and beautiful.
This has got to be my favourite fuss-free sushi spot. They always have great specials on Ritual / Ubereats, so be sure to check them out! Here’s what I ordered for takeout tonight: - Black dragon roll - Sea dragon roll - Res tuna sushi As usual, delicious and very fresh!
