Staff is not very welcoming! Almost feel we are annoying them the minute we walk through the door.
Staff was rude... when we walked in she was abrupt and unwelcoming... the store is cluttered and looks like most stock has been on the shelves since the 80's. At checkout I waited for 10 minutes, employee never came around so we left potential purchases on the counter and walked out. Waste of time.
Staff was super rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. I will never step foot in here again.
From the moment we walked in the lady was quite abrupt and rude making us feel like we were not welcome or an inconvenience. We walked around for over half an hour without anyone coming to ask us if we needed help or asking if there was anything we were looking for. We ended up leaving items at the cash register and walking out. Unfortunately I would not bother to stop in again.
Amazing store run by a really nice couple. I was amazed at the western stuff they had in the store. Huge variety of items from boots to cowboy hats and winter coats. First time there and loved it. Will visit again to see all the different items they have. They have items all over the atore in the basement and also upstairs.
They do not stand behind their products. Get a pair of boots here 9 month ago and the heel fell off and was told to take it to a shop in Shediac.
I really really love western wear these guys here have so much stuff available it's so cool I like everything that they haven't stopped I highly recommend anybody looking for some really neat and different fashion to come and checkout this location you won't be disappointed whatsoever the prices are really great and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly such a great location all around have such cool stuff here really can't wait to come back in shop again with my friends when I come to the moncton area thanks for everything guys really appreciated hope to see you real soon take care.

Nice little western store, a little cramped but still a nice selection. Even a nice selection for kids.
