A great place to shop for men's shoes. Staff are friendly and pleasant to talk too
Lady her name is Geneva i think at the cash was rude. Asked for a new piece of item and she immediately said no. Didn’t even bother to look stock at back. And then I asked for a carry bag after purchase, she again said no, they don’t have bags without even looking for one. She didn’t put any efforts to help me at all. Very poor experience. Will never shop at this store.
Love the products, hate the customer service. Usually doesn't bother me but today the blonde associate at the cash was acting particularly snobby and rude with me. I was in there for maybe 10 minutes maximum, found what I wanted immediately and went to the cash and was ready to pay. Makes me not even want to go back there when Im being treated as an annoyance simply for spending money.
Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Went in on a weekday around 5/6pm and 3 employees were standing a round the cash talking loudly, while one employee helped customers. I walked around with a boot in hand for a while looking over to catch one of the employee's attention but eventually had to approach the cash to ask for a size. Went over to Spring where the store was packed and had someone asking me if I needed help within a few minutes.
Staff is extremely rude. Also, didn’t give me any shopping bag after my purchase. How do they expect me to carry the items I bought. And she was inconsiderate about it.
Aldo is a unisex store! They sell men’s wallets, shoes, bags, belts, sunglasses, and more! And they are friendly. Totally recommend great deals!!
Very nice staff and always good deals and good quality items
Poor service and all the workers were on their phones taking selfies and swearing. almost seemed annoyed that I even asked for a shoe size.
