I recently went to this shop for a vehicle safety inspection and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.nnMy car failed the inspection and I was given a repair estimate that was very expensive for me. I decided not to proceed with the repairs there and told them I would take my car back.nnWhen they returned my vehicle, they told me the wheel bolts were left loose because they had removed the tires during inspection. They advised me to drive 20–50 km and then tighten the bolts again. I was surprised that the bolts were not properly secured before returning the vehicle, as that is a safety concern.nnAnother issue was that my previous inspection sticker was still valid, but they removed it and replaced it with a yellow sticker after the failed inspection. Because of this, I now have to repair the vehicle and redo the inspection immediately, even though I originally planned to address repairs later while my previous sticker was still valid.nnOverall, the experience left me disappointed. I expected better communication and safer handling of the vehicle.

It is a great, convenient store with a large selection of items and friendly staff who are always happy to help you find what you need.nnThey recently redesigned the parking lot to include more accessible stalls for people with disabilities. In general, it is usually easy to find a spot to park.

Amazing experience tonight. me and my brother really wanted to go skating and we both needed skates. we only had an 30 minutes to find skates before they closed, Cavon was nice enough to stay and help us while everyone else was trying to tell us they wouldn’t sharpen our skates and basically rushing us out the doors. This guy needs a raise because if it wasn’t for Cavon, mine and my brothers night would’ve been ruined and we would’ve been bummed. Really appreciated his service 100000/10, he most definitely made our night

Went for a tire change and alignment. Ended up waiting over 8 hours because they snapped my camper bolt. 1 month later had to go to a separate mechanic that's actually competent because car was shaking while driving. Come to find out that in the process of changing my tires and doing my alignment they also burned my bushings causing over 400$ worth of damages. Cant even trust the service with a simple tire change and alignment.

I have a 2PM appointment past Friday for oil change and seasonal tire change. I arrived at 2PM and was told it would be finished. When I neither received a phone call nor a text message from the staff at 5PM, I decided to inquire this matter in person. I saw my car was sitting at the parking lot and the tires were not changed.nnAt the counter, the staff told me they could not locate my tires, which were stored with Canadian Tire. For three hours, no one has bother to inform me regarding the situation. I have took time off work to honor this appointment, yet I have wasted three hours waiting for nothing. The similar situation happened last November as well, last winter I had waited for two hours before received a message regarding the missing tires.nnWhen your customers showed up on their appointment, your store should ensure the necessary components are ready for these appointments. Unsure the reason of the tires were missing in both occasions, but a simple call or text could avoid wasting the time of your customers. This is unacceptable to treat your customers as such. Please understand and keep in mind, the time of your customers are important and valuable as well.
