WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Deserves zero stars. Found a pair of Clark shoes on sale..at check out they rang up at regular price. Sales person would not honour sales price on display saying that it was not their sales tag. He accused me of changing the price...not appropriate. I will be making a complaint to management.

Went in today to get shoes for work and every employee was on their phones watching tv. And it was loud. I didn't want to hear your shows, Karen. No "hello's", nothing. They wanted to watch tv. Globo fail at Champlain place

Enjoyed by new boots! Great store, only issue I have is the store reps don't always meet you for assistance right away. And when asked a question they seem hesitant to answer you.
