The front desk is always ready for the client and welcoming. Dr. Ramesh Bimagani is very experienced and he guides us through the treatment plan, gets to the root cause of the issue and helps relieve pain through various techniques during the physio session. I suggest to use his service. Five stars to Genesis Physio.
Visited Genesis physiotherapy due to Neck and back pain. I was suffering from one week and was not able to turn my neck. "Dr. Ramesh Bimagani" is very much experienced and friendly. He listen your problem first with patience. He identified the issue in couple of minutes and clearly explained about the muscle pain. He suggested some therapiesUltra sound and heat and started immediately, after that he did some physio related actions. within one session and in couple of hours my neck and back pain issue got resolved. After therapy he suggested some exercises those are too easy for more relief. I really thankful to Dr. Ramesh who rectified my muscle pain in couple of hours. Front desk staff also very friendly and welcoming. 5 stars for the service.
Very experienced people. Vast knowledge in their field. I had great experience with all the physios practicing at this location. Vikram, Ramesh, Zobila, Harman all of them treated me in such a manner that I gained my wrist and leg motions back. Before starting the initial treatment they explain you in detail about the muscles, ligaments, nerves where you are being treated and how they gonna treat and manage the injury and pain. Vikramjeet Arora, Ramesh, Zobila and others are all very nice and take time to listen to your concerns and treat them accordingly. Staff at front is also very friendly, in person and over the phone. It never felt like that I am their patient. I will consider my review incomplete if I do not mention Karan and Binti. Such a dedicated interns. Hard working, polite, caring. You are welcomed at the front desk by Raman with a gracious smile and radiant glow on her face. Genesis physio is conveniently located in the Basement of Genesis Centre. God forbid you have any physical issues but if ever needed, Genesis Physiotherapy is the place to go. Also, I must not forget to Thank tonnes to Rama Shukla for her behind the scene hard work. She is the core pillar of this facility.
This is the real deal, Vikramjeet Arora is an amazing physiotherapist and is extremely transparent and professional. I have gone to a nearby physiotherapy clinic and have not received the same quality as I had with Genesis Physiotherapy. Whether you have insurance or not this is well worth every dollar you pay for health is wealth after all.
I had a great experience at Genesis Physiotherapy clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment that I received from physiotherapist Zobila. With her help, I was able to diagnose my back and posture issues, which had gone undiagnosed for quite some time. Zobila was quick to analyze the issue and pointed out exactly the areas I needed to work on. She was very patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns and answering all of my questions thoroughly. Zobila recommended a series of exercises and therapy sessions to help improve my posture and alleviate my back and posture problems, and I can honestly say that I have seen a significant improvement since starting my treatment with her. Her knowledge and expertise are truly remarkable, and she is clearly dedicated to helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Overall, I would highly recommend Genesis Physiotherapy clinic and Zobila to anyone looking for top-notch physiotherapy services.
Highly recommended. I went there with dislocated shoulder and i had lot of pain. As there was long wait in the emergency. Vikram helped me a lot. Everything was amazing from pain management to recovery of my shoulder strength. Thanks a lot for great help
I had a MVA over a year ago, and could not drive for a while because of it. After spending a year and a half getting treatment from Zobila, I can see a great improvement. The staff is very nice and helpful, and I would recommend anybody to come here.
I recommend genesis physiotherapy because of the experience with the staff ,the receptionist are very friendly and professional always ready to help,Dr.Ramesh Bimagani, is exceptional, I did physiotherapy before but never felt better, now I am been treated to the point where I am getting better ,Binti his assistant also professional in what she does I applaud them all . Superb experience at Genesis Physiotherapy. Dr Ramesh is one of city's finest therapist. From booking first appointment to finishing the treatment, it was a great experience. Very clean place with whole staff ready to help you all the time. Dr Ramesh's diagnosis was as accurate as an MRI for my knee injury. Recovery was fast. Highly recommend.
