Staff was very friendly, help willingly, answer questions. I visited it twice and both times there were lots of people in the line. Despite that, I haven’t spent more than 30 minutes there, because the line goes quite smartly. Thanks for your work, guys.
Great experience here today. My Out of Province Inspection form had expired I waited too long to book an inspection, and was able to quickly get a new one this morning prior to my service appointment, then came back afterwards to register my vehicle and get my AB plate. First time I was taken immediately, and when I cam back for my plate I waited maybe 1 minute to speak with someone. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also offer laminating for health cards here, so I had that done too :
Did my road test here and Kelvin the examiner made me feel so calm. He also clearly explained what I did wrong and how to improve. I will recommend anyone feeling anxious to go here. The other services were also pretty fast and straightforward.
Only good thing about my visit was the short amount of time I spent in this business. Unfriendly, rude, and condescending staff members. I will not be returning to this registry, I’d rather wait in line and deal with knowledgeable and friendly staff members, who enjoy their job just a little more than the grouch I had to deal with. Registry workers are not government employees, they do not need to demand anything from me, or be disrespectful. A little courtesy goes a long way. Thankfully I had all the information necessary to get out of there asap, and receipts of fine payments I made online through My Alberta ID prior to my renewal.. would have regretted giving this business any more service fees.
5/5! I had my Class 5 basic exam today with Akbar, he was exceptional at explaining my mistakes I made during my testing time. He would draw out the situation on his iPad and explain what I did, how exactly it would of been unsafe and how to do it properly next time. He was a great examiner and I thank him for what he does. Great work Akbar and wishing you all the best!
Went in to get my Driver's License renewed and to also change the last name on my Alberta Health Care Card. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable had everything done so quickly. Took less than 10 mins.
AWFUL! Went there today to renew my license and the women black hair, glasses & maybe 30 tried publicly humiliating me. I just brushed it off then when the time came to take a picture, she did it again! Made inappropriate comments on my appearance in front of everyone as though trying to belittle me! Disgusting! I will never be returning here as her customer service was absolutely horrible!
They are so unprofessional and they seems don't know what they are doing we applied for a healthcare card. After submitting all the requirements and fill-up all the form they said we are good to go. Then the sad thing is after 1month and 2weeks nothing happens they said information is not completed. Then we need to do it again.
I’ve been to this location 3 times in the last month or so and every person I’ve dealt with has been extremely helpful and kind! Wait times aren’t bad either.
Half of the staff doesn't know what they're talking about. I was told something different by five separate people today. I had employees literally arguing in front of me about the course of action that could be taken. This was extremely frustrating and confusing and has completely interrupted the process of getting my ID. I'm in disbelief at the lack of agreed upon knowledge at this registry.
