What amazing service! The lady in wicket 3 is a gem! She went out of her way to be kind, helpful and informative. She kindly even chased us out the door when we missed a step. A wonderful location, patient with kids, zero wait time. Amazing!
Just completed my Class 6 road test recently at this registry. The staffs at the registry were really friendly and effective on their job. The examiner Allan was nice and patient. While waiting for the test, I was nervous. However, after meeting and talking with Allan, his professionalism and attitude helped to calm my nervousness. I already felt a lot better before we started the exam. Throughout the exam, he provided instructions clearly. Also, from his voice, I felt supported which made me feel more confident about my performance during the exam. Thank you, Allan. You are an outstanding examiner.
This seems to be a very busy registry so i have to commend the employees there for having the patience for dealing with irate people. They've implemented the QR code system and have an estimated wait time so you know how long you'll be there for roughly before being seen by someone. They call you up by name. My 3 star review is for the fees. I went in for a birth certificate for my son. It states on the form $20 + registry service fee. My total came to $51.50. I'm paying $30 in service fees?! That is insane. I called AMA $42 and a different registry $45. I understand $5 difference doesn't seem like a lot but Country Hills Plates seems to have the highest fees. Yikes
I took my class 5 gdl road test here. I was so happy to have Allen as my examiner as I’ve read very positive things! He lived up to all the expectations I had, so nice very friendly & a down to earth person! I passed thank you again Allen for making the road test a pleasant and informative experience :
I visit this registry pretty often. In my last couple visits, Nada helped me out for my services. She is super knowledgeable. She knows what she is doing. Moreover, She is so polite and humble. Thank you Nada for helping me out.
Was in on Monday night trying to get my drivers license and registration renewed. Was having email issues and held up the team passed close.felt super bad Service was excellent despite I was being one of those annoying customers. My apologies to the whole team as I intend to be quick and painless. Keep up the good work! I see that a lot of the customers are usually difficult to handle and today I one of them! Thanks for everything Country hill plates, I will be returning at this location for the long terms!
I went into Country Hills plates 2 days ago. Reina was my tellar. She was patient and explained my processes very carefully and with a lot of kindness. I needed up having to go home to pickup a letter and when I came back she was all ready for me. I just want to thank her and her team for helping me out with my wifi issue. It was nice they went above and beyond. It made dealing with tickets and registration a lot easier.
The staff that I dealt with was fine but the entire check-in system needs a serious overhaul. The majority of the people walking in the door do not read the sign that tells them they need to check in with their phone and if they do not have a phone they need to mention to an agent that they need their name added to the list . I only noticed one person go up to an agent and asked to be added to the list because they did not have a phone. The majority of people were walking in and just standing near the front of the line and as soon as an agent became available they would walk right up to the agent and tell them what they wanted. The agents would ask if they had checked in upon their arrival and they either said they didn't have a phone or simply didn't answer. In other words these folks were cutting in front of everyone that had checked in and the agents were assisting them instead of adding their name to the list and sending them back to the lineup. Either the agents need to be retrained on how to handle these folks that are cutting in line, or perhaps a monitor on the wall with a list of names of people who have checked in and are waiting in line. This would allow these folks to clue in when they don't see their name up on the list. When I checked in the wait said it would be about 20 minutes which I don't expect to always be accurate but I waited over 45 minutes because of these cut ins. Make it a fair system for all your customers
Terrible service. Today will be my forth time going to see them about my car and the amount of information that they neglected to share is unbelievable. They’re wasting my time and frankly it’s disgusting behaviour. My father went through the same thing multiple times and I feel they need to be trained better! Its unacceptable how they are treating customers.
Did my class 4 road test here. Allan was amazing. He was calm and supportive and didnt yell, gave lots of notice for turns and walked me thru what to expect. Afterwards he provided great feedback on how to improve.
