It a good place to visit and get your bus pass too
Not a big fan of Calgary City Hall...however, this time they got it right. When in to get a bus pass. Was processed in a timely fashion and it was a change of pace to deal with pleasant people. Covid safety precautions in play at this location. Do expect lineups at times depending on the time of day.
Friendly security and got what I needed quickly
Quite, very few people. Staff pilote and knowledgeable.
Cashiers are usually busy in afternoons, however, they were clearing the que as soon as possible.
Very professional maintained, security at the door, pointing everyone to the right direction. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!
Usually pretty busy when I go to get my bus pass, they should turn the heat down some tho
Pretentious, waste of money, too many glorified ushers and line up. Should rename it Fair Entry Hall.
