This place is a great place to start learning or take your already known skills to the next level by yourself or with a whole family. Daily programs for all ages available as well as family classes. Coaches are super patient and give great step by step teachings. It's also a great bonus to train under a place that has great Gracie roots for BJJ. I recommend trying this place out.
I've done martial arts for about 13 years now. Me and my brother have tried several different schools, but this is why I believe you should join this dojo: 1. The atmosphere is great! You'll always meet new people here, everyone is super-friendly to one another, and you'll never feel uncomfortable doing the sport. 2. The instructors are awesome. They're all very hard working individuals who will push the passion of martial arts into you, whether it would Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sparring, etc. 3. Schedules are very flexible. There are many different times you can go in; you don't have to feel committed to doing it, there will always be times when you're free to go in for classes, and there will always be people there who enjoy doing the same thing as you. And I also would like to personally thank coach Steph, the head instructor, as well. He turned me into the hard-working adult I am today, and if it wasn't for him, I would have never learned my true passion for the boxing/wrestling sport. Time starts to grow thin when you're in university, but I am very fortunate that I can continue to go to a martial arts school like this one.
Doing their adult BJJ. A progressive program that's great for the beginners, welcoming environment, and friendly staff and students. Also, great support to learning through their technology: app with lesson library & home drills, video replays of your rolls during lessons, online class booking...impressive. Definitely recommended.
Daughter has been going for a month now and her improvement is amazing. The coaches are tremendous and hyper focused on each child’s development - very engaged and have 100% of the children's attention for 45 minutes.
Really happy with my training here. The instructors are great at what they do and always make you feel welcome. There are plenty of different class times to pick from, and their app makes booking classes easy.
My boys have going there for about a month now and the coaches are awesome and foster a caring and positive environment. They build character, self esteem, discipline and my boys love going there!
Our son loves going. He works hard and is sweating at the end but can't wait to go back next time. Owner and staff are amazing and really good with little ones.
I spoke with the head instructor over the phone and he was professional and respectful. I was in town visiting friends for a week and wanted to get some BJJ training in while I was around so I signed up for the “Free Week of Training” offer. I disappointed to hear that I can not come and train for free because the owner prefers that I pay for a monthly membership. This is the first time that I have been turned down from a martial arts gym. I am used to gyms that welcome and encourage cross training.
Very professional, detail oriented training with fantastic seminars and opportunities for members to excel in their ambitious goals. Clean facility and caring coaches who go above and beyond to ensure that each member feels supported. We drive all the way across the city to train here and it is 100% worth it.
Excellent coach and program. Staff are amazing and they give the students the attention they need!
