iLoveKickboxing Kanata, ON

What an awesome workout - that kicked my butt, but was so much fun! Staff were warm, knowledgeable, and accessible; it felt like working out with friends from the get-go. They were great at keeping the energy high and motivating me to push harder, and had an encouraging word for everyone. The studio was bright, spacious, and clean. Loved the central Kanata location and easy parking. Can't wait for the next class!

I've had one class thus far and by far the best kickboxing class I've ever done. The warm up alone kicked my butt. Loved every minute of it. The 3 trainers (Aliya, Haley and Sarah) ️that were there, were beyond awesome and professional. They took time to explain everything. Very professional and skilled! Made me extra proud to have 3 ladies kicking butt like that! The studio is nice and clean. Very cozy and not overwhelming. Great location..I got to partake in some more self-care after my first class! Prior, to my first class all calls and messages were responded promptly! Super excited that I signed up for the 5 classes. Despite the distance, I will definetly be returning. Hoping to sign on for a longer commitment! Thank you for my pink gloves! Make sure to also check out their pro shop, I got some great gear! Eyeing that skull bottle and purple gloves now!

Aaaa-mazingggg workout! Sweated my life away!! I didn’t think it would be that fun! Plus I got to kick my friends butt! A must try —definitely coming back!
