Forging the future of fitness, we at CFC Kids&Teens believe in creating a safe, caring environment for children 6-17 to learn safe exercise techniques, including gymnastics, weight lifting, and cardiovascular endurance. A perfect way for your child to experience fun, functional fitness.
Excellent supplemental training for sports.

VARSITY Level (13-17yrs)
Tuesday: 7:00-8:00PM
Wednesday: 5:00-6:00PM & 7:00-8:00PM
Thursday: 5:00-6:00PM & 7:00-8:00PM
Friday: 5:00-6:00PM & 7:00-8:00PM
Sunday: 11:00-12:00pm

JR. VARSITY Level (8-12yrs)

Such a wonderful, positive and energetic atmosphere...more than a gym...it's a family! I'm new to CrossFit Closer and would recommend that everyone needs to join! It doesn't matter your fitness level, it matters that you are willing to learn to become a healthy stronger you, with the help of the amazing coaches and fellow CrossFit mates! You'll never feel ashamed, you will only ever be elevated!

Absolutely amazing place to be for your daily workout. For any level of athletes, from beginners to competitors. Friendly and certified coaches. Group and individual coaching. Gym is equipped for the heavy lifting exercise and cardio as well: barbells, dumbbells, pull up bars, med balls, rowers... CrossFit Closer gym also provides nutritional coaching and support, seminars, yoga classes, kids program. This gym has washrooms and showers/ changing rooms, water fountain, rest area, heater for cold weather season ( I wish for the AC for summer time), parking lot. For the money you pay for the membership you will get daily exercise, knowledgeable coaching, fun time.

I have been to some different CrossFit boxes in the last few years and I know when I find a great place with wonderful people and excellent staff. CrossFit Closer is more than that. It is a place where you feel you are part of the "family" since your first time there. The coaches are really there for you, paying attention to each one of the practitioners, listening to you and supporting you all the time. Going to CrossFit Closer has become one of the best parts of my day!

CFC has pushed me to lose over 60 lbs on my way to fitness. They've been welcoming and patient. The instructors are amazing and passionate about what they do and making sure your doing the workouts to the best of your abilities. And most importantly making sure you're doing them safely! Though I don't say much in class being an introvert. They always make me feel welcome! Thanks CFC. You guys are amazing!

I just passed my 1 year anniversary, and highly recommend this box.  I've never had a membership at a traditional gym; never had any interest in being a gym rat.  Now, I'm 46 and look forward to going to CFC every time.  I certainly have no lack of internal motivation.  I'm now interested in moving better, faster, and with more weight.
Adam is highly focused with an amazing eye for proper form, and his staff are great, too.  His box is well-equipped, and he offers a good selection of supporting training programs.
