I fell in love with the people and the ambiance as soon as I walked in for my initial assessment. The personal trainers are the best in the industry. Professional, compassionate, and focused on improving your mind, body and soul. No intimidation factor whatsoever. Love this place and I have never looked back. I suggest hitting up the FFF website to see for yourself and read some of the testimonials and success stories.

I made an appointment with FFF to see if it was a good fit for me as I’d like to lose 10 lbs and feel stronger. Within 5 mins of being there, the trainer was telling me how he’d get me started on supplements such as Magnesium, Omega-3 and how important protein was and that they sold the stuff I ‘should be taking’. The entire consultation was such a waste of time. Basically, they’re kids running a gym. I wasn’t asked once what my goal was and why I was there. They’re so focused on selling without really taking the time to ask questions and without basing a program on you as an individual. I didn’t feel like they cared about why I was even there in the first place and couldn’t believe the lack of questions to get to know my history and what I wanted out of this. Had they asked a single question, they’d know that I’m a nutritionist and could probably ‘school’ them on what they think they know is best for myself and other clients. During my visit, a trainer was leaving and fist-bumped another trainer and informed him that he wouldn’t be in next week cause he’d be in Mexico to which another trainer responded "cool man, don't party too hard!'. So if you’re looking for fist-bumping ‘bros’ who will push what they’re told to push without asking a single question nor individualizing the right program for you, then this is definitely the place you want to go! I was so discouraged and then that very afternoon, I went to another establishment and signed on with a personal trainer for $80 a session for the next 3 months and am absolutely thrilled I walked out of FFF.

There's a huge difference between doing an exercise, and doing it right. A personal trainer helps to motivate me for sure, but more importantly to do things properly in order to prevent injury.

Free Form Fitness is great. The personal trainers are exceptional and very knowledgeable and the staff really care about your success. I worked there for 3 years and trained with Chelsea (the owner). I have nothing but good things to say about FFF!
