Our whole family loves Panera (as does our soccer team!). We like that we can combine soup, salad and/or sandwich for combo meals. Lots of choice in each category. They also have bowls, chili, mac & cheese, etc. not normally found in sandwich restaurants. Menu items are fresh, healthy and tasty. Also on offer are freshly baked loaves of bread and pastries, along with good coffee!

great food! i love that they have the hot plate chocolate chip cookies but every time we go there they don't have any. Probably only got a chance to eat it 2/6 times that we went there.

Panera is just what you'd expect - a nicer sandwich, soup, and salad shop. That means going in there you expect it to be more expensive. The variety of soups and sandwiches is good so long as you don't have too many dietary restrictions. Food is good, nothing special, and the atmosphere is nicer than your average fast food place. One thing I will point out is that the service here is very good. Always have pleasant interactions with the employees.

The mac and cheese is really good. Everything else is fine. If you like soup and sandwiches/salad, it's a good place to eat.

I just left Panera after ordering lunch for my toddler and myself. I asked for no turkey since I don’t eat meat. My sandwich arrived with turkey, so I sent it back. They brought it back having picked off the meat but had still left some that was very visible. I sent it back yet again and they screwed up my side order. I was too grossed out to even eat my food after that. My toddler’s grilled cheese was dry and made with processed cheese, which was shocking to me. I’ll never come back since I can’t trust how my food has been handled. Super disapointed.
