Mississauga Celebration Square

Lot of activities in the summer time. Almost every week. Small and large events, foods and vendors (bath tubs renovations to jewelry). In winter the skating pool is open. There is a giant symmetric video screen when they project live shots of ats on stage ( as one cant see everything fron the audience.

Celebration Square is busy during seasonal fest time with different street events and performances. We love to come for ice skating during winter time. Free parking every evening after 6 pm is available in Central Library, Civic Center and Living Art Center. Square One Shopping Mall is cross the street with free public parking as well. Public washrooms are available, also skates rentals. Fontaine square is good to come during hot summer days to get fun at splash pad. Good location- Central Library and Art Center, next door to Square One Shopping Mall, Mississauga Transit and GO bus station.

This is one of the landmarks of Mississauga. An amazing place to go year round - from the many various summer activities to the ice rink during the winter. At the heart of Square One this is a convenient place to go to from stroll or somewhere nice to even ready a book, which you can do easily as the Central Library is steps away from the Square. Another highlight is the fact that it feels safe here too.

So many events, somthing is always happening! It is very fun, entertaining, and cool! Definitely one on Mississauga's attractions! I definitely recommend! 😊

In the summer its a busy space with cultural and music festivals and food vendors but the best thing is the fountain/splash pad at this place. Great enjoyment for kids and adults at literally no price. Weekday nights they have movies running on big screen and in the winter, the pad is turned into a skating rink so all year round fun.
