We haven't been to the restaurant for 2-3 years. Recently went twice and the food quality is consistent. The special pho soup base has good flavors. I feel it's a better and different recipe from 2 or 3 years ago. My memory could trick me tho. Portion is good as well. Spring rolls are good.Food: 4/5
This place is so great for me. First time I went there with my friends for dinner, made me missing my home country. It's near White Ave and have many parking lots in the front of this restaurant. The portion is not too big for asian people and the prices as well. I order a double-doubowl that have two-side bowl, you can order two of menu which you prefered. Recommended for a special beef noodle soup and grilled shrimp vermicelli bowl. The service is outstanding. Overall, I will back again. Vegetarian options: They have a manu especially for vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Spicy warning is quite hot and spicy for local people.
This restaurant is close to White Avenue. The location is good with parking right in front of the restaurant. There are other businesses in the same complex. This place is frequented by University students and families alike. Their cuisine is Vietnamese. It's priced moderately and quantity per serving is large. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice . It's always full . The service is great and the servers are very helpful is helping you choose by patiently explaining. The food tasted good and fresh. It was a nice and interesting experience. Parking: Free parking just in front of the restaurant inside the complex and on the street.
The pho and bun bo hue here are both excellent. Also recommend the beef takaki too. The vermicelli bowls were a bit disappointing though. Love that they’re open late, even to 2:30AM on weekends where most places are closed at 8pm.
The food here is a MUST try. We started with the beef tataki. It's was so delicious. We ordered the seafood noodle soup and ginger beef as an entree. I've always loved ginger beef but I find many places will over cook it, or the sauce won't be right. At this restaurant it's perfect. The seafood noodle was so big! Perfect for 2 or 3 people to share. Consisting of fishballs, actual crab legs, squid, clams and shrimp! Loaded with flavor. Had a bottle of peach soju so good!, and the Vietnamese coffee. Our service was interrupted by a server accidentally spilled half my ginger beef sauce all over me and my sibling. But the restaurant took care of it. Server apologized and brought us a free dessert. I believe it was mochi. And they took a percentage off the beef. So overall a good experience. We left happy and full.
I ordered the chicken noodle soup. This is the chicken that was in it. I've never seen chicken like that before. Huge chunks of what looks like cartilage/fat. When i asked the server, she said it was boiled chicken. I asked another server to have a second opinion, he said that's boiled chicken, he didn't know which part of the chicken or why it was this way. Soup didn't taste bad. Just very odd chicken.
Scam don't order here they don't give you sweet peas like the menu advertised I payed extra for coconut rice and got rice the lemongrass chicken is watery and barley lemon tastingFood: 1/5
Recommend!!! Tasty authentic food and positive, quick service make very good impressions to visit this location more times! Attention- Big dishes!Food: 4/5
Huge portions and great service! I wanted to try something new knowing I may not like it I’m a picky eater. I didn’t enjoy it, no fault to the restaurant! The server saw my plate was mostly full and expressed their concern that I didn’t like it and tried to see if they could do something. I didn’t send it back or complain because I got exactly what I ordered. I just think it was VERY considerate for a server to pay attention to their customers like this. Huge menu, all fresh and tons of vegetarian options.
Ordered food for pick up Friday. Chicken lemon grass seemed no better then a microwave meal. Fake pressed chicken , was not appetizing at all. And the salad shrimp roll had an elastic band in it! So disgusted by this. Will never order from here againFood: 1/5
