Brilliant service and even better food! Loved the taste - best I've had in Canada so far! The tofu was so crispy and the sauce was heavenly. The house chicken fried rice was also amazing and the portions are perfect. The fried rice is almost definitely enough for two.

I have had the worst experience at this restaurant. My husband and I decided to eat here for a date night out. We ordered two dishes: soup and sizzling...imagine our surprise when the host came back with two different bills with more than just what we ordered on them! The host falsely claimed that my husband and I dined here Aug 13th 2023 more than a month ago and that our method of payment did not go through. We were shocked as we had never eaten at this restaurant before + we were out of province during that week. She had no proof to back her claim other than "the owner remembers you" and that it was "an brown couple". When we asked to talk to the owner, the host just stayed quiet and never apologized. We are absolutely disgusted that this restaurant discriminated us based on the colour of our skin. We have escalated the situation to officials but thought we should write a review as we are deeply saddened that such racist interactions still happen in 2023 and want our community to avoid similar situations. This disgusting restaurant is a shame to the City of Edmonton.
Love this place because they use fresh ingredients and keep their kitchen super clean. The food tastes delicious! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, I've almost had it all. Yes, it's pricey. Yes, it's worth it.
Being celiac makes it hard to eat out but this restaurant is the only one I choose to spend my money at. I always have the vermicelli bowl with pork and no spring rolls. A family run business who only buy local ingredients, are always kind and have a very clean dining area; what more could anyone ask for! So happy that they made it through all the pandemic craziness.
Had a lovely time here, I can't believe the negative review that was left here. I was there when the "waitress falsely accused them of not paying for their last meal". The waitress was nothing but kind and patient with them while they yelled at her. She was just doing her job, and the rude customers decided to bring in race to the argument and accuse them of being racist. Extra ironic when their payment was getting declined as they were defending their point on how they were not the ones who didn't pay. Shame on people who dine and dash and hurt hard working local Edmontonian restaurants who bring flavour to the city. Especially when they take to google reviews to try and defame and hurt the business further. This restaurant has been nothing but a good experience for me, my friends, and my family. Try the Mama phung tofu!
Food is amazing, perfectly done tasted authentic. I had the beef rice noodle. Tasted exactly the same as beef ho fan from top teir asian restaurants I have tried. The chef knows what he's/she is doing hands down. The negative is the food portion, I don't mind spending the extra money for good food but the portion was small. If the portion size was a little more this restaurant would be a 5 start restaurant, it's the only thing holding them back. Once more food was fantastic! Definitely one of the top 3 Asian restaurants in Edmonton. Definitely a must try! This is a hidden gem that needs some recognition! Enjoy guys!!
The last couple times I've ordered online for pickup, I walk in and they don't have any trace of my order make sure you screenshot the online confirmation and order number. Don't offer online ordering if you can't do it correctly. The food is good but unfortunately these two issues are it for me.
This place was wonderful! Me and my friend came here for the first time and we loved it! The dumplings and the wings were very flavorful, and the pho was very clean tasting. I am a big fan of the fact that everything is local too. I'd definitely come again.
