Great breakfast place, visited here for friends for a birthday. The atmosphere is ok, its not so beautiful but the vibes are calming and nice. The staff are absolutely amazing. Very very friendly, and kind. Our server carlos took great care of us. He was very helpful and his energy and humor was amazing. We ordered mimosa, blueberry pancakes, egg whites scrambled and frittata. The pancakes was so stuffed and tasted so good it was really perfect. One of our friends bad an allergy to nuts and she couldn’t enjoy the pancakes because they had nuts in the flour, do they give her a drink on the house, extremely kind and caring from them. A great experience, will visit again
Mira Mira was one of the best brunch experiences I’ve had in a while. Everyone at my table ordered something different, and everyone was very happy with their choice. I found the service to be exceptional although our waiter thought I ordered a full stack of pancakes as opposed to a half stack but that was ok because now I have leftovers, which I don’t find is often the case with Toronto restaurants. I would recommend reservations!
Having recently moved to the neighbourhood this was our first time at Mira Mira! We started dinner with the broccolini and pickled chillies. The broccolini was simply prepared but perfectly seasoned with garlic, a slight char and lemon zest. To follow we had the lamb ragu and mushroom cream sauce pasta. Both pastas were cooked well - rich in flavour and the pasta was the perfect texture. For dessert, we shared the sticky toffee pudding. The actual cake was delicious - a crispy caramel crust enveloped a tender interior. However, I found the dessert overly sweet. This was primarily driven by the lack of balance between the ice cream and the cake. The service was disappointing. We were often left without water and the spacing between courses was quite long. Even getting the bill and paying were challenges. I am not sure if I would come again - maybe the pastas might lure me one more time.
Food was delicious! We ordered the Ontario Burrato as an appetizer and Smoked Salmon and Devil's Egg and Maple Bacon French Toast for brunch. They were all delicious and so flavourful. Food presentation was beautiful. Loved the ambience and decor. Patio was comfy. The staff were all friendly and wonderful. We made reservations and were seated fairly quickly. Definitely will go again!
love the patio!! the beaches is one of my favourite parts of toronto and mira mira is such a great dining option. slow service but expected for such a great restaurant. i suggest the mussels, sweet potato fries and if you come during the summer, i suggest the seasonal strawberry salad it is honestly amazing!!Food: 5/5
My first ever experience at Mira Mira was for brunch with friends. Although I was worried about the bad reviews, our experience was delightful, in fact may call it one of top Brunch place in Toronto! I am excited to visit again and try their lunch and dinner menu to give it a full round. Truly admired the touch of French gastronomy in every dish. Croissants, duck eggs, buttery pancake…
This is one of my favourites in The Beach and it’s especially beautiful dining Al fresco here on a warm summer night. I highly recommend the seafood pasta and the burrata starter which is perfect for sharing. Gin fizz’s are delicious too. Thank you for being open 7 days a week ! It was nice to visit you on a Monday. Food: 5/5
Cute restaurant, the food was tasty but I probably won’t return. Seems like social media is the priority. Service was atrocious. We waited over 20 minutes to get our first drinks which were underwhelming. We had to keep waving them down for coffee and water. Caesar says “chipotle” on the menu description but it should specify it’s a purée so you know it’s pulpy and strongly chipotle. I support a no substitutions menu but it’s weird to have restrictions on how they will cook your egg. Soft or hard but not medium, and a completely separate menu for allergies that for some reason takes 15-20 minutes longer? I had the maple bacon French toast. I asked if it was just sweet and our server said sweet and savory… it was not. As you can see in my photo, it came swimming in a pool of syrup which was not what I was looking for. I didn’t eat it all and still left with an upset stomach. Overall, overpriced for what it is. If you’re looking for an instagramable experience, it’s for you
My family and I came here for my birthday last night. The food and drinks were outstanding and our server Carlos was so great. Everything was 10/10 but I HIGHLY recommend the watermelon mojito :Food: 5/5
I came here for a weekday brunch with a friend and our babies and we received excellent service. I ordered the French toast as per the waiter’s suggestion and it was delicious. I didn’t think so many savoury toppings like cheddar cheese, bacon, and an egg would be good on French toast, but it was. Really enjoyed our meal and would happily return!
