MINI of Dutchess County

Perry made it happen. It was a bit rocky at first because i came to the dealership last week with the hopes of getting a specific color MINI Countryman S ALL4 as a surprise gift to my fiance, but when i arrived, i saw plates being put on the car i came to work on a deal purchasing. Perry met with me and explained the problem and how lack of communication down the line was the primary factor as to why i didn't find out the car was sold prior to me getting there. I told him I understand dealerships have a job and that is to sell cars and its not like i had a deposit down on the car, so where do we go from here? He then showed me some other options out in the inventory lot outside. He was a very well spoken, nice guy and he knew what he was talking about when it came to these cars. If any topic about the car came up, he was right on it with well-detailed examples and explanations to that part of the vehicle. We went on a test drive and during the test drive he explained the functions for different desired driving styles and we also joked about various other things. I almost forgot it was a test drive to be honest and nearly missed my turn back to the dealership. Anyway i loved the car and i knew it'd be great for my lady, so we went through with the paperwork process and my fiance was nearly in tears when we got the car a couple days later. It wasn't exactly what i came for, but i feel like i ended up with a better deal and i have a happier woman now due to all the help Perry was, so thank you Perry. Five Stars to you.

This car dealership is no less than mighty in the quality of its customer service. Spiro, our motoring advisor, was exceptional. Lance, the business manager, was such a great pleasure to work with. These gentlemen were so personable, professional, patient and proficient, which made this the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Even though I was purchasing a used car of another make, I was made to feel special.

It was a pleasure to have Perry help me with my first car purchase! I was extremely nervous and brought my family along to help me! Perry was patient, kind and genuine! He went over every detail of the car with me to be sure I was comfortable with it all! He really seemed to share in the excitement that we were all feeling for my first car purchase!! We have visited many dealerships looking for a specific used car. They all bored us with senseless talks and overpriced offers and generally wasted our time. We came across Mini of Dutchess County's offer over the internet and although it was quite a far drive for us, we have decided to give them a chance. And we are so happy we did! From the first email/phone call everything went so smooth! The car was exactly as described, the paperwork was doable over the internet so the actual visit to the dealership was a breeze! Perry was super friendly and very professional and made the whole experience of buying a car as painless and worry-free as it can get. Thumbs up!
