Came here after a bad experience at Arlington Tires and was greeted politely and helpfully by Harold at the front desk. I had a minor car issue and within minutes Harold and his team worked to get my car back on track. They were so nice and pleasant the entire time and my car we fixed at a great price! Great customer service is something I value highly, and Harold and his team provided just that! Thank you guys!!!

Only went in quick for one new tire, but was a great visit with quick and good price service. Would recommend to a friend

Run don't from this place. 1.Failed my inspect stating wheel bearing needed replace for $300. Wheel bearing inspect by expert passing my inspection explaining law that wheel bearing functional besides not part of inspect. 2. Economic tires of poorest quality, better quality tire sold above standard prices. 3. If you must buy tires do NOT get additional "Hazard Protection" it is worthless. I got it on very expensive tire and suffer blow out after 10000 miles. Magic refused to cover damage saying to contact company for warranty.

I would actually like to make my rating NO STARS. My husband and I brought both our vehicles in on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. My TWO tires took 2 hours. It is now 4 1/2 hours later and we are still waiting on my husband's car - 4 tires and an alignment. We were told 2 employees called in which backed everything up. There were other customers who were angry at how long it was taking as well. We will NOT be back.

Quoted me at $800 worth of service for ‘bent’ parts of my car. Kept lowering the price as I said I was going to go somewhere else for another estimate. Another shop said I had NO DAMAGE! No bent components, no damage, no need to repair anything. Mavis will lie to get you to pay for repairs you do not need, and even tell you parts of your car are damaged when they are not.
