This is a great shop and a class act. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering questions and ensuring that customer decisions are well-informed. Absolutely extraordinary customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My daughter takes drum lessons here, so a few times I've wandered the store. Always someone willing to help, but they don't make me feel like they're watching my every move. There's a great music community posting board out front, and the people here seem to genuinely enjoy there jobs, and music.

All the specialist staff here are knowledgeable and super kind. However, sometimes, because of the nature of retail, you get someone assigned to an area who knows absolutely nothing about it. Not a huge deal breaker, but, it can be frustrating when you're trying to find a very specific oiece of equipment.

had a problem with a guitar I purchased there and manager Dave (forgot his last name) took care of it right away and no charge. Impressive store, outstanding selection of musical instruments. Great staff! I would recommend anyone looking for a musical instrument to go to Alto Music. It's worth the trip!
