Arlington Auto & Tire Service

Rude! Waited at the front desk for assistance, had two guys walk by the desk without even a nod of acknowledgement that I was standing there waiting to be helped. When one of the two guys walked by again I asked him was anyone working the front desk, he responded "yes, she is, but she's only one person." Okay??? When the woman came to the desk, she also ignored me waiting to be helped and proceeded to answer the phone, not even a glance towards me standing right in front of her. I walked out, then took my business down the street to Mavis where I received Excellent customer service!!! *UPDATE: Arlington Auto and Tire did contact me concerning the issue I had with customer service there a couple of weeks ago. I received calls and apologies from the management team as well as from the woman at the front desk. I appreciate their actions and acknowledgement, it means a lot knowing that my experience there mattered and that efforts will be made to ensure their customers will be treated well. Thank you for that Arlington Auto and Tires!

Had the greatest service always when I go there! Moose is always there to get me in and out at the most reasonable prices. If you go there bring the staff coffee. The love that! Been going there for over 10 years!

The worse experience ever. I had to replace my headlight which was not working. I had to pay more than what I was told and in addition to that I had to wait way too much than I was told by their rep. This is not all. I got my car back and light was fixed but the other light which was working perfectly fine, started having problem. When I call for the complain, the rep wasn’t listening and was very rude and gave me some vague explanation. I could have saved more money by going to other place. I will never go to this place and I will highly encourage people not to go because you will end up paying more than you are supposed to.

I had a flat tire which left my car stranded on the side of the road for most of my day. I called the shop and a very nice gentleman named Chris calmed me down and said that I could bring my car over and they would fix whatever was needed. When I got there Chris was very helpful , not only did they fix my tire but they also did my inspection. I would recommend Arlington Auto & Tire to everyone. Thank you Chris for your great customer service. All staff members were kind and efficient.

Great job accommodating me into busy schedule 2 hours before Christmas closing for a leaky tire. Very transparent and called back before doing any extra work. Nice front desk staff too. Thank you!
