I love this store for the beautiful things they have and the special Christmas items. I wanted to buy everything I saw. The employees are very helpful and kind. Everything is very organized so you can quickly find what you need.
Poor customer service. Walked in and instead of them helping me find what I was having trouble looking for. They just kept pointing in the direction and were not friendly at all. As an art teacher I will not be returning to this particular location. Just because you are having a bad day doesn’t mean you should take it out on customers.
Needed 50 helium balloons filled ASAP. Ran in, not expecting to get them done in time. The manager was awesome, got right to work and saved the day! The whole team was friendly and helpful, a rare things to see nowadays. Hats of to them!
We accidentally were at the store during their weekend crafts for a little kid time. What a pleasant surprise. My son love this experience. Will be back again. Specifically for the crafts for a little kids. Can’t be more excited. They even share a schedule at the front of the store for upcoming crafts.
What’s the L&D you are experiencing on felt tip markers, that I need to be escorted by a store associate to make a check out?nTurned a 5 minute pop-in, to a 20 minute procedure.
