First and foremost, be sure to make reservations. We stayed next door at the Palmer Hotel. The food, service and decor was excellent! Try the Tom and Jerry cocktail, different but delicious! We had the ribs and prime rib, both were fantastic! The bartenders were very friendly and funny! A must when visiting Chicago!
It’s my husband’s birthday today. We walked around the Chicago loop for food. And this one was prefect for his birthday dinner, very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. He ordered tom and jerry for warm drink, and half sack of ribs. That’s a lot of food seriously, but super good and I would recommendRecommended dishesHalf Rack of Ribs and Quarter Chicken
Excellent food and atmosphere. Portion size on the BBQ Chicken Cobb was huge. Beer was cold and very tasty. Prices are reasonable and service was good. It was a recommended place to go and I can see why. I will be back. Update: went back tonight to have the ribs. Excellent! Tried the blueberry sour beer too. It was excellent.
Very nice restaurant in the Chicago area . I had The Broiled Cod with Truffle Butter Simple dish.. it came with Capers on top . My date had the half rack ribs with corn and fries. Let's go down the list - great location - lots of nearby attractions - great service - nice portions but a little pricey - drinks were nice and cold - nice and cool dining room This place is a Must Try
Really enjoyed the BBQ burger! The slaw was extremely good. However, the best part of Miller’s Pub was the waiter, Jeffrey Jeff. He was incredibly kind and very helpful. He legitimately made my day better. There is simply no replacement for good people. It seems like Miller’s has at least one phenomenal person.Dine in: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: Yes
Nice old school spot with a well-deserved reputation. Good beer selection. The cocktails are great too. I ordered an Old Fashioned and the bartender made it right in front of me and I could tell that it was made right. Lastly, the blue burger was to die for! The crispy fries complemented it well also. If you’re in town and want a solid place to drink and eat try this place. You won’t be disappointed.
Delightful experience. Our waitress, Jen was just the best. We ordered the fried chicken and were told it would be about 30 min turn around due to prep. It was well worth the wait and we had our salads served first. The chicken was crispy, not greasy. No heavy batter. Flavorful. It brought back the best memories of my mother’s true Southern fried chicken. The spinach pie was divine! We had the famous Tom and Jerry cocktail too and for dessert we shared the decadent chocolate chip ice cream sandwich, it was decadent. This place was packed with many happy faces which included 9 of Chicago’s finest Police tonight while we dined. Don’t hesitate to visit this nostalgic dining location
I had a 4 Alarm burger. It wasn’t what I expected it to be. I’m kind of disappointed because I was looking for something to blow my mouth off with hotness!! It was cooked well done how I like it , however it had no stand out flavor. My server brought me buffalo sauce to add to my burger . I was torn between hot buffalo wings and a burger. I should have chosen the wings. My fries wasn’t all that freshly cooked. The cole slaw was pretty decent. My food was just edible! The name definitely does not fit the burger!!
Miller’s Pub is the real deal. We each got their specialty, prime rib and it was amazing. Our server, Brian, brought me ketchup in a single-serving stainless steel ramekin, not Heinz ketchup, when I asked for it, but the prime rib didn’t need it. The garlic butter was enough. The mashed potatoes and gravy was excellent. The carrots, not so much. House salad was great. Prosecco was pours from a single-size serving with loads of bubbles. I recommend Miller’s Pub!
Had a delicious meal here for lunch. We only had a hour to eat and the waiter did a tremendous job getting us in and out in 40 minutes. Had the open faced turkey sandwich and the spicy chicken sandwich. Would certainly return!
