Decent burger and fries especially for the price. The only place you can go that might be cheaper in the loop is McDonald's! The interior is a well done, bright, clean, modern space.
Very delicious burgers and the Dip bar is a yummy surprise. The lady could have been a little friendlier but other than that great place! Bacon melt is one of the best burgers I've had and would come back
Wow! The burgers were so good! Much better than I expected. I even had to get a second one. The free mayos are mouth watering, I wish they’d sell them separately to take them home. Staff is very friendly and attentive, the restaurant and even the bathroom was very clean. I’ll come back for sure.
Maybe I made a mistake by going for the hot chicken sandwich instead of a burger. It was fine, but not very memorable. Good variety of spicy dipping sauces. Fries were oily and not crispy.
Burger tasted good and is made from good quality ingredients. However, the bun does not provide it the necessary structure to hold the contents together. The bun is much too soft and combined with the water from the tomatoes it becomes very squishy. This made it difficult to eat the burger without stuff falling out. Fries are served in huuuuge portions. I really enjoyed their variety of mayo flavors.
Near Millennium Park in Chicago? Looking for a great “cheep-eats”....handcrafted burgers, homemade fries, hand spun thick’s decadent shakes???? Mouth watering yet? You must try this great burger place in downtown Chicago!
Another carpetbagger burger chain assaulting our dynamic Chicago culinary scene. Sorry to say their made to order burgers are greasy, undistinguished, boring and uneven. The buns are poor quality and have the consistency of gum.Wrapped in paper and Served in a plastic basket.Ordinary at best and priced at a mere $11.39 with soda.Service Good,Decor unimpressive,Pricing expensive.Parking non existent. AWARDED 1 YUM ON A SCALE OF 3
Terrible customer service. This is what they call a lettuce wrap. Lol. When I complained, they told me that’s how lettuce wraps are. I told them lettuce wraps in my experience have lettuce that wraps around the sandwich so that you have something to pick up the food with—otherwise I’m just eating a very wet salad with my hands. I asked for additional lettuce so that I could fix it myself since they didn’t seem like they’d be fixing it. They gave me a tiny slice. I asked for more, and they said they’d have to charge me so I gave up. This is absurd. When I picked up the “lettuce wrap”, the bottom slice of lettuce which was tiny was soaked thru in meat juice and it fell apart. Other than that, the food was average. Won’t be coming back.
Went for a quick weekday lunch with some coworkers. Ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich which was good for the price and convenience. I promise it tasted better than the picture. I will say, I appreciated their assortment of mayo dips for my fries.
We were looking for restaurants nearby, and this came up. So glad we went to this establishment! Really cool menu, great food, really fresh and delicious. I had a juicy burger with Roquefort cheese and these caramelized sweet onions with bacon, and the fries were yummy too. My daughter got this beautiful milk and cookie shake. Counter service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend!
