I have been to this location many times. And every time we have gone, the food was amazing. This evening, I was really disappointed with the food. I’m not sure if they changed chefs or something. But my meal was not good at all. The fries were cold and the ribs were not tasty at all. I didn’t want to complain. The only positive part of our experience was our lovely waitress Kat. She’s a sweetheart!
We came here for my moms birthday. Our server was really sweet I wish I remembered her name and helpful. We ordered: 1. 2 burgers with side of fries 2. Ribs and grilled chicken meal 3. Fish tacos with the strawberry and goat cheese salad 4. Whambam shrimp 5. Carrot cake complimentary for the birthday guest The burger size was definitely generous however it was a bit dry. The fries were not hot and soggy. The ribs and chicken breast was delicious. Tender meat and flavourful. Portion size was generous. Fish tacos lacked flavour but the accompanying salad was GREAT! The shrimp will be a repeat order. Delicious! Overall, mixed feelings. Some meals were wonderful while others could use some fine tuning.
Wifey came here with her good friend for a birthday celebration. Getting a table wasn't an issue at all, albeit it was a weekday. The server was nice to offer a free birthday drink. The food was pretty good at least for the chicken wings, fries, and seafood pasta.
Terrible!! Ordered lettuce wraps, got mouldy lettuce, sent it back, got mouldy lettuce again, waiters response ‘not having much luck with lettuce’ waited half hour for two burgers, my chips were raw, my wife’s cooked but cold, managers response ‘did you order crispy fries’? Wife’s response ‘ no but I wanted hot’ manager then argued that his kitchen team was young and working hard!!!! We would not accept the food and asked for bill for soft drinks lol what a waste of time Sad thing is we’ve eaten here 4 times since we moved from the UK and the food had always been good, sadly not anymore we will stick with Moxies So returned SEVEN MONTHS LATER still rubbish. Ordered lettuce wraps took 25 minutes, as we bit into our first wrap our main courses arrived, my wife asked for them to be taken back to the kitchen and the waitress PROMISED they would cook us fresh ‘RUBBISH’ see the pics, my wife’s burger had obviously been thrown back onto grill and was the size of a hockey puck and just as hard, my eggs supposedly ‘over easy’ were dry and hard, manager offered to re cook but by this time we had already had enough!! I had also asked for a cappuccino which came out after 15 minutes ‘STONE COLD’ absolutely horrible and would not recommend
My bf and myself went last week for our anniversary dinner. The food and service was amazing. But the host who I forget his name sadly was outstanding. Such a polite guy. Made sure we had the booth we wanted made sure we were comfortable and checked on us to see if anyone had come around to help us. He was a delight. When I think of mile stones I think of that host right away.
My pasta dish plate says it all, don't know if you're going to try to eat it or not, I eat first with my eyes, the appeal of what m I going to eat and to think that its a fine dine in ,it looks horrible " some one threw up on my plate look Iike : did try it but.... nah!! though my husband's burger was amazing. Love the staff. Just have to be consistently beautiful on your plating.
Steak Sandwich was awesome. Never remembered the fries to be that good. Only complaint was the gravy was lumpy. Great server. The bar made too any drinks for another table and the server saw us busy trying to Cupid and gave us a free mimosa. That was a great pick up... Will be back again...
Once again, another lovely meal at this location of Milestones, Nmkt. It does not disappoint. From the moment we entered, warmly genuinely greeted to the moment we left. My friend and I enjoyed the fresh food, friendly service and the casual atmosphere. A fantastic surprise for me was the Carrot cake. I always order the Cheesecake, but it is not available at the moment. My friend found the Key Lime pie just perfect as well. Looking forward to returning soon!
I go here often but dine in. I decided to order through Uber today and eat at home. I got the chicken parm and confusion with the online menu I substituted the pasta with the salad. This was not what I wanted. I wanted the chicken parm and pasta with salad on side. actual food I received and the $31 I paid for this meal. Please look at the photos and you’ll understand. It’s actually quite comical the dish they sent me and the amount of money I paid for it. When I called them they told me that is was a confusion and that next time I should come in and dine. The manager also explained how the normal dish was made. He did not offer to make it right. I’m just here laughing at how i have a small chicken cutlet with no cheese or sauce.. and a small side of salad. Look at photos and I’ll let everyone else be the judge. Lol…
Went for a date Friday night with my wife...quick dinner before a movie. We shared a salad delicious and the ribs. The waiter was gracious enough to divide the meal into separate plates. Problem was...the ribs and mashed potatoes were just...warm—something between room temperature and warm. Not hot. We mentioned that to the waiter and asked that it be warmed up. He said he could get us a new meal, but we said, no, warmed up a bit is just fine after all, I was half-finished. Took about 15 minutes and he brought back a whole new meal! Very kind. Problem was...the ribs and mashed potatoes were just...warm—something between room temperature and warm. Not hot. When he asked if everything was okay, we just said yes. Not going to fuss or cause a problem, especially given that they replaced the whole meal. But...not sure why the ribs and mashed potatoes were just...barely warm. Very strange. We'd probably go back to Milestones but we certainly wouldn't order the ribs again.
