What a night...finally finished a 3 hour dinner for a family of 12 on a Sunday night 6-9PM. Food was decent, service definitely poor short staffed, the Manager even became the Bartender & waiter, LOL. Waited 45 mins just for glass of water :
Came here for happy hour on a whim and it turned out to be an amazing dining experience! Got all 3 of the Milestones Signatures Bellini - Great Mix & Flavors Coconut Calamari - Crunchy Batter, Juicy Squid 1989 Burger - Probably one of the best burgers I've had in a while The Ganache Torte was not that great haha
The food was great because it always is at milestones, but sad to say I had some of the worst service of my life. The two gentlemen who helped us from I think the kitchen staff were great, but our actual server only visited the table once, didn't even really say hello, never stopped by to ask us if we wanted more drinks or checked in on how our food was, and we had to go ask the hostess to send her so we could pay. It was my mom's last night in town and we would have loved to stay, have some drinks and dessert to celebrate, but unfortunately that requires a server...food was good though!
I took a friend here for a late birthday dinner and me, having not been at a Milestones for many years, truly was unprepared for the sheer quality of the meal and the impeccable service. From the Caesar salad, the margarita, the filet with crab and shrimp beurre blanc, to the coffee and triple layer carrot cake, there was nothing spared. I think I've found a new favorite spot, and I'll be back very soon. Thanks for making my friend's birthday a truly memorable experience!
great customer service and our server was extremely friendly. she recommended some pretty tasty dishes and also ty for the free slice of birthday cake! my friend was reallyy happy about it!
We had a large group gathering on the 2nd floor. The staffs at the bar were great and attentive. The food buffet was bad. Chicken was dry, roasted beef was chewy and the sides alferdo spaghetti and smashed potatoes were tastless. The ravioli and salad were good. The chocolate cake and cheese cake were way too sweet. Overall not a great experience.
Well that I have been coming to milestones for years. The food is reasonably priced and they have great happy hour. What I did not like this time was that I saw a mouse running between the tables which I thought was kind of gross. I mentioned the mouse to the staff but they didn't seem to care that much. And I ordered a surf and turf steak but they did not bring the seafood with it. All we received was the steak and the fries. I left my tip and went home and then realized I was charged for a seafood and steak.
A great place to with friends or family. Outstanding service, and so much fun! I went to celebrate my husband's birthday with a large group. They were SO accommodating to us, so welcoming, and were so much fun! Madelyn, Ritchie and Robin are wonderful management and staff, they truly made our night. The food was delicious, came out fast, they stayed so organized even when we had twenty people and had others coming and going to our table. They had great communication and even gave our birthday boy's dessert on the house! Thank you so much for wonderful service! We won't ever forget it. Definitely recommend for any "milestone" celebration.
The food was pretty tasty. Although for the price I would have wanted a larger portion for the dish. The service here was ok. The hosts were polite but the interaction wasn’t especially special. I would recommend people order their food and only dine in if it’s a must.
Service is good and price is reasonable. Free parking is available. Needs a little adjustment on the lightning to make it just a little bit brighter. The steak is good and the portobello chicken mushroom as well. Don't forget to order dessert, they are good. Food portion are ok for the price. Implements COVID protocols.
