Browns Socialhouse Town Centre

Great place to grab drinks and appetizers during their social hour 3pm-6pm and 9pm-close. Darker ambiance and light music. Very chill spot to have a drink and catch up with a friend. They have both booth style seating and table style seating. Waitress was very attentive and came over multiple times to check up on us.

Went there for a casual dinner with my wife. Asked for lemon water, got served plain water. Had to ask for lemon 3 times before it arrived on our table. Ordered nachos but no side plates were given. Had to ask for those as well. Then ordered butter chicken substitute with Tofu and cauliflower but got served chicken. Yet, the server had the attitude of not coming to table and apologized. Got attended by other server who then offered to order something else. Got Alfredo pasta and it was all dry and tasteless. Had to just leave with 100% dissatisfaction. Worse browns we have even been. Never going again.

We loved our experience & food, while celebrating a friend’s birthday at this place! Our servers were amazing and most of all, Emily was absolutely incredible and kind when serving us. The food is great and fresh, the management is very well and overall a 10/10 experience!

I liked the vibes of the place so much, the staff are so friendly as well! The variety of drinks isn’t that great but still it’s cool. Entree options are tasty..

Went there with my fiancee and some friends and it was absolutely packed. I live around the corner from this place and I don't think I've ever seen this place this full before so getting a table was a bit of a wait. Service was amazing so can't complaint but the food was definitely disappointing. I've gone to other Browns and was always impressed with the food but maybe it was the rush and the fact everyone was busy but overall not a great experience. Ordered the Salsa Fiesta Fries or whatever it's called and that needed more flavour, the fries tasted old and dry. The Mini Nachos which was also part of the Happy Hour were just as disappointing as the fries themselves. There was a guacamole dip but I could've bought a bag of chips and a guacamole dip for less than $9 or whatever it costs and they would've been more taste and bigger portion. We also got the Alfredo Pasta and shared the large with my fiancee and that wasn't bad but it was just as memorable as the cup of coffee I drank this morning. I think Browns still offers pretty good food/service but this place didn't meet the standards other locations had set.

The meals were good, I had the Dragon Bowl with crispy tofu and it was fantastic. We found the noise level very high and it is a very crowded restaurant. The tables are as close together as possible. They were sorting and polishing cutlery then tossing them in a bin right beside us! Rude and noisy. Would go to another location to eat because I think the food was good, but not this location because of the careless regard for customers, noise and crowding. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options

Food was fine, but a little pricey for what you get. Service wasn't bad, just wasn't great. Servers barely checked in to see if we needed anything and it took a very long time to get things like a dessert menu, or the bill to be paid. It wasn't even that busy. Atmosphere was okay if you like really dark interiors. Overall: not bad, but not great

I really liked the atmosphere and nice staff Food was very good and we enjoyed it. Portions are very good too. Small salad was like full size salad in other restaurants They do not accept telephone reservations and it is first come first serve

Very happy with Browns, food scrumptious, order take out for 17:15 and it was ready on time. Next time we will definitely make it a dine in experience. Thank you for your amazing service
