I used the bakery for my daughters shower they were amazing with cookies and cup cakes unbelievable taste. So good I hired them to do the desserts at her wedding! Owners could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend

***Response to Gwen:****** I think you are horribly disorganized and suffer from memory lapses of some sort. You do not remember your conversations with the customers because you do not write them down. You never mentioned a pre-made cupcake to me. You agreed to a tasting, for which you were not prepared, TWICE, you mentioned the low sugar part on day one and told me that it was not possible, that's why you asked me to come and taste but now you are changing the story. Your service is extremely poor, your behavior is even worse. Maybe you should get some training before opening a business like this. There are other bakeries in town that are worth going to and provide better service. Karina's, for instance, knows how to behave. Call them up and see what service you get then LEARN! *******AVOID THIS BUSINESS***************** This place is nothing but unprofessional. Two days ago I was supposed to go in for tasting and I had spoken with this extremely rude individual named Gwen. I asked her for two different icings and also asked if the sugar could be reduced for the cake. She flat out told me that exceptions would not be made during the holiday season as they are busier than normal. She asked me to taste the cake and she said that the cake is not too sweet. Once I tasted it, I would agree with her. So I agreed to go for a tasting. Five minutes before I left for the tasting, I had called them to make sure they were open still as it was 3:40 pm already. A man confirmed that that they were. Right after hanging up, I received a call back from the same woman telling me that they were busy with a wedding cake and could not have my sample ready. She asked if I could go the next day. I said that I understood and I would go the next day. The next day when I went there she was not present in the store but her nephew was manning the register. I asked to speak with her on the phone and she told me that she couldn't make the samples because they didn't have the time for making a special recipe with no sugar. I reminded her that she had already told me that a low sugar cake was not possible and that's why she asked me to come in for a tasting of the regular recipe. At that she said that she was not interested in arguing with me. I asked her why she didn't call me to let me know so that I did not have to drive for 20 minutes needlessly. She told me that she didn't have my number, which is a lie, because she called me the previous day. When I told her that this is no way to do business, she hung up on my face. Honestly, I can't even give her 1 star, but no star is neutral, and I am downright disappointed by her service, manners, or the lack there of. The previous owner was the total opposite of this character and she baked phenomenal cakes. This owner is rude beyond imagination for a business. The worst thing is, I do not have enough time to order my special cake for Friday's holiday event now.

The product is well above average but the customer service leaves you cold and feeling unappreciated. I'll still go there to get my maple donut but never feel good about giving my money to the business.

Fantastic butter cookies, always in and out without an issue. Super quick and almost always has everything I'm looking for

BEST place ever!! Just ordered a cake for my 2-year old there, what a masterpiece!! Every time I have been there I am always getting fantastic service and could not be more pleased with everything I have ordered there!
