This place is a Rip off I was stupid enough to join I dont mind paying the big fee for access to these resorts but i remember the maintenance fees being way lower when I signed up but then I get a bill for $400.00 for the year and they can get higher every year, I could pay that much a year to camp in camp grounds in state and are just as nice. So in other words dont be a dumb ass like me and fall for their sales pitch..

how come all of your comments from the better business bureau are copy and pasted along with them not having a recollection of making said comments? you do know that it is illegal (federal offense) to forge a better business bureau review? This place is a classic loophole scam haha

Sounded like a great package, until we try tried to use it. No one will return a call. Visited one resort, paid nearly $300 to camp and was told we cannot back out but, they were sorry none of the resorts respond, not their issue. Stay away, far far away. Tried customer service and a supervisor, told them we coildnt keep it as we were told theud work woth us. Nope, started automatically deducting from my acct amd without my permission. Will ne reporting to the BBB.

Rented an 8 person cabin which is actually more fit for 4. Checked in and drove to the cabin to find out that there were people already inside our cabin. Came to find out the front desk people will hand out keys to anyone who comes up and asks for them with out asking any questions. Also they are renting and selling the cabin as an 8 person cabin. They only have 6 towels and 6 pillows in them. According to their ligature in the cabin if you need more you have to rent them. I would think if they are charging you as an 8 person cabin they would have 8 towels and pillows. Also according to their litature in the cabin the hot water is only good for 1 ten minute shower. This is an 8 person cabin. But 8 hours later we still did not have hot water.

Enjoy all the resorts, excited about the new resort coming on online next year. Try getting to every resort at least once every year. Camping experience always enjoyable when we stay.
