Lake Cook Plumbing sent Casey L. to remove my old water heater and install a new one they provided. I am very pleased with the quality of the service I received and Casey's ability to deal with several unexpected issues that arose. I would not hesitate to call Lake Cook if you need plumbing services. They took care of absolutely everything and treated my home with the same respect as if it were their own. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Casey came by to fix a leaking faucet on the outside of our house. He was on time, acted very professionally, and explained all his work in detail to us so we knew exactly what we were getting done. Casey was done in about an hour then walked us through all the work he had just completed and showed us what he replaced. Overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend Casey and Lake Cook Plumbing.

Had a problem with a water spout. Called number. Mike was able to come out within the hour. Explained everything to me prior to repairing. Was done in an hour. He was very professional, answered all of our questions. I was able to use $25 coupon offered on line. Will definitely use again and will recommend.

Lake Cool Plumbing and Brian King are awesome. I rarely write reviews for any companies with that said Brian showed up on time with a fair estimate and completed a great job within a day. He truly knows his work, and I will highly recommend him to my friends and use again.

Brian K. and Mike B. were very personable, polite, and professional. They checked out and answered my questions about our primary and backup sump pumps. They replaced our 16-yr old ejector pump and came equipped to handle the job. They pointed out additional plumbing needs to think about for the future, and offered advice and estimates. All in all, a positive experience with two very friendly and helpful plumbers with solid knowledge.
